Using a primer/base WONT help u to avoid/having less acne cos PRIMER/BASE it self contains chemical similar to foundation.Thats why base/primer is consider make up items,not skin care!
As for ur face now,its acne prone,I suggest that u stop using the foundation ur using now.If u have mineral foundation,then its time to use that.Better yet,dont use any make up on ur skin till the acne goes away with the right skin care regimen,
Also if u previously didnt double cleanse ur skin,now its the best time to start doing double cleanse

well..i'm acne-prone skin 2 n this product doesn't cause any breakout 4 me.
i bought after read it's review from one blog.she said the result is same as smashbox makeup base.
so, i tried 2 google it in youtube n found many gud review 'bout this product.
i bought it in lowyat.net trough spree.mayb u can try it.

i've never tried any primer on b4.. could any babes recommend me some not so pricy yet good primer? i jz need primer for eyes cz my eyelids are hell lot oilier thn u can imagine! >.< i can never use khol or any pencil eyeliner cz they'll smudge in jz 1 hour's time..

recently i bought a blue pencil eyeliner from Body Shop (its called Eye Definer fyi) n im relly loving its bright color! bt sadly, after just 1 hour or putting it on, it smudges n d color doesnt look so vibrant anymore =(

so i thought of getting an eye primer to solve my "eyeliner-smudges-cz-of-oily-eyelids problem".. i've look trough dis thread n read about many primers dat i never even heard of.. can any1 recommend me primers dat can be easily found in malaysian local stores? eg. watsons, guardian, sasa, jusco or even parkson will do =)

I don't really use a base on a regular basis. It's best before a liquid foundation though to smoothen out the skin so the foundation glides on better. I like using MAC Base Visage for special occassions. It has fine light reflecting particles in it which is great to brighten up the complexion in my opinion. If I'm not mistaken it's available with and without SPF. I prefer without.

Now since I'm using a liquid concealer to cover up a recovering pimple, I like to use The Body Shop Matte It primer so my pores are less visible when I apply the concealer and then top it with my powder. On a daily basis now since I got my Benefit powder I like to just brush that on. Nice natural flawless complexion and light too.

Personally I find moisturizer a must. It's more in my skin care regime than my makeup regime anyway. Same goes with my sunscreen for day time. I can't go out without putting on sunscreen these days since getting one that helps balance out my skintone and dries matte and velvety without the yucky sunscreen scent.

i prefer MAC.....is suitable for my skin face..and the price is reasonable....yet..actually my skin is darn sensitive and i had try plenty of brand..finally i found that MAC is the one most suit my skin..and i Love it...
