Herbal tea

Recommended Posts

I find that Herbal Tea is quite common among Chinese. And I bet some of us may at least know a bit about the types of Herbal Tea available out there >>> the name, purpose, and if possible, the recipe for the Herbal tea.

Do you drink it? How's the taste? Some taste bitter wacko.gif while some are sour or sweet.

Please share your experience here.

Arigatou...

I drink red dates tea quite often b/c i have low blood sugar...need it to help pull up my blood sugar...if my situation worsen i will drink a glass everyday (3 in 1)...lazy to cook. but sometimes will still cook. Will use red dates, gei chi, and bing tong...boil in slow cooker until it's ready to drink.
