Life is getting tougher and tougher for single guys like me lately especially when it comes to trip. Me and my friends were organising a trip down to Bali until I realized everyone is going with their gf, which left me and another guy left. It is just so weird as the resort they chose to stay was such a romantic one. Both of us decided not to join because we felt like the whole trip is meant for couple, and we really can't imagine staying with each other in such atmosphere for the whole trip. (it's soo GAY!) Anyway, I've ask along a girl who I've been pursuing for almost 5 months to join. Unfortunately, she felt pai seh to join because everyone went with their couple. Worst of all, when I asked if anyone could spare their gf to stay with my friend (obviously I can't share room with her), NOBODY is willing to... ! Haih.. so here's my question: 1. Do you mind going on a trip with couples when u're single? Even staying by your own?! 2. If u were my f, would u mind sparing your gf/bf to stay with my f? In fact, who would be that stupid to give up such a good opportunities to have those romantic moments with their partner, especially in a place like Bali? 3. Would girls mind staying in the same room with a guy, who she's fully aware of his intention to pursue her? 4. If she minds... what is the best way to ask her for a trip which involved overnight? You must assume that even if I get my friends along they'll get their gf/bf.... Hope my questions ain't too stupid.

I would say she really likes u but she's just too shy to speak it out. Frankly I've been in such situation before which the gal had make it very clear in sms that she likes me a lot but when we're out she just keep quiet. I dislike that as it actually makes me feel embarass at those moments... Anyway, if u like her, go for it la bro! If not, keep away!!!!

Yup u're right Cyber. Basically it wasn't the matter of English or Chinese Ad, but the thinking is just quite different. I can't understand her joke well so does her so it's kinda pissed sometimes. Thx for all the replies and believe me, I appreciate that. Hmm... this week had not been an encouraging week compare to last week. For last week I was still able to strike a conversation with her and it last quite some time. However, this week was like a nightmare.... just imagine that no matter what I asked she'll only reply in a cold manner. Eg: I asked why is she quiet and her reply was "I'm tired" in a COLD way (not even looking at me!).... I dare not ask why cause it seems like she doesn't wanna talk to me anymore. So, I've decided not to approach her for talk anymore cause I really feel like an idiot trying to please someone who doesn't even bother to talk to me.... and it already last for a few days. As for why, I believe it's because ppl around had been spreading words about us, which eventually caused her to back off.... For now, I just wanna have her as a good friend but even that seems impossible for me now... My f suggested that I should confess to her about my feeling but emphasize that I will not be persuiting her. On the other hand, other friends advice me not to tell her and let it goes naturally. I'll like to hear some opinion from girls. Should I tell or should I not?

Hey nygere, u got some good point there. Remind me of last week when I was teaching her chinese words for more than 30min... those are some really sweet moment. Thinking of how she pronounce those words still makes me smile. Sometimes I just dun understand girls, for 1 sec they can be talkative which eventually makes u think things is going well but for the next sec they can be so cold.... Hi people, Now u ppl make me feel bad for bringing this topic up.... I admit I'm still immature when it comes to relationship. But 1 thing I have to clarify, the reason I mentioned about her having 8 ex was just being WORRIED, and that won't stop me from knowing her more. Axzel, I don't have any ex doesn't mean girls are shunning me, and yet I'm good with socializing, no lie! My situation is I can communicate very well with all girls in my program except her because I can't treat her as a normal f. I'm very serious and sincere about relationship and I swear I'm gonna make my first gf the luckiest person of all. You have no idea how tempting her laughing is... you're right, I haven't really know her well yet, tat's y i'm planning to get her out for a movie or drink so I can get to know her more. Hi babes, I'm in a dillema now and sincerely hope u ppl can provide me some advice: I met this girl 2 weeks ago in my company's training program. Since then I've been kinda desperate in knowing her. From what I know, she's currently single so I've been trying very hard to get into a conversation with her whenever I can. Now, here's my prob: 1. She's English ed while I'm Chinese ed 2. She had 8 ex... while I have none 3. Although she loves to talk, but she rarely take innitiative to talk with the others (including me) For (1), I understand very well that people who's english ed tend to look for a partner who's english ed too... my English wasn't bad but I still faced lots of problem on what topic should I start with her. It makes me feel really bad cause I'm actually one who can talk a lot especially in Mandarin and Cantonese. But when it comes to English, my communication would turn a bit boring due to bad intepretation..... For (2), what do u all think of a girl with 8 ex? I was shocked and sad when I noticed that, eventually I started to wonder if she's even serious with relationship. For (3), usually when I approach her for a chat she'll talk a lot with me but after so many days still I'm taking the lead, does that mean she's not interested with me at all? Btw, all the other trainees thought we were getting along very well but I know it isn't cause it was always a one-sided conversation.... I asked a lot about her but she nv asked about me... Anyway, she's turning me into a moody person now a days cause I just can't get her off my mind. Well since the possibility of u 2 meeting again in the future is almost zero (assume u 2 won't keep in touch), there's ntg much to be afraid of right? Erm... when I graduated from Australia the word 'PR' never pop out in my mind. how come? It's not hard for me to apply PR cos i do hv 2 aunts over there. Anyway most of my Malaysian friends did came back Malaysia to work although now they're not earning big bucks. I sicerely believe that staying back with family is the responsibilty of a child. I've heard many cases that children left oversaes to studies or work and the parents got soo lonely at home. It's like u're spending so much to send your kids overseas but in the end u feel like u're just selling them off. Which parents doesn't want their child to be with them? This remind me of an advertisement last CNY by i-hate-petronas I believe. It's regarding 4 aunties playing machong and 3 of them were boosting about their child's achievement. I remember some saying "oh my son is working as a doctor in London ah..." " oh my daugther is working as an accoutant in China ah..." bla bla bla... Finally the last aunt says something like "oh my son is only selling bak kut teh ( i made it myself la..)." At this moment her son turned out with his Proton Saga and asked her mom for dinner. The auntie jumped into his son's car with smilling face and leaving the rest of them stunned (gosh i played dota too much ). So morale of the stories, You could be earning tons of money but remember, money doesn't buy everything.... Guess I'm the only 1 here not recommending u to take PR huh? I dun mean to be insulting but someone in this forum seriously need to fix her attitude!!! Alright this is how it started, I added some1 here in MSN since she mentioned in one of my topic here that she had similar problem with me (which is being single). When i asked her msn she gave me so i added her. First time I saw her, just after saying hi and a brief intro on me she shoot me with a "who are u? i dunno u." Fine, she does not know me so I'm ok with it. 2nd time, I thought of delete her so i told her to delete me off. She asked me again who am I so I said just some1 from MYB who had a prob like her. She shoot me down again with "but i'm not single anymore oh!"... ok.. as respond i asked any advice to get away from such problem. U know wat she said??? "STOP BEING AN IDIOT TRYING TO KNOW GIRLS ONLINE! KNOW THEM IN REAL LIFE" Here's wat getting my fire on, i explained that I dun hv such intention. wat she replied? "I'VE BLOKCED U FROM NOW ON.
