Hi Fatty Piggy ... I'm a new user and I've been having great result. I'm not a member but I'm getting at member's price ... so Fatty Piggy, please scout around. Also, how much you take depends on a special measurement. For example, my sister takes more TeaMix, where else I need more Formula 1 and therefor, the price is specifically depending on your body type.

So again, I think a lot of people make the mistake of JUST BUY and drink, IT DOES NOT WORK that well. Get intouch with a good Herbalife Agent to get the RIGHT product and pricing. It may not be as expensive as RM700 okay.

Today is officially my 3rd week and I've stepped on the weighing scale. I have lost an additional 1 kilo, plus my previous 2.7kg in two weeks ... means so far 3.7kg in 3 weeks! Anyway Nana, my sis miscalculated her Formula 3, she needs a pack. Can you arrange with her ? Because ah, she want to curi mine and I said NOOOOO.

Actually, it's depend on your consumption. Some people can finish the product, for example Formula1x2, Formula3x1, TeaMix x1, total rm508, in one month.

After you lose more KG's and get the figure you want, you only maintain perhaps Formula1 x 1 & TeaMix x 1(total rm261) in a month only.

If you thing rm755 per month is expensive, but can lose several weight just in a month (perhaps up to 6kg's - depend),

how about Slimming Wrapping, Slimming Treatment & Slimming Drugs which some people spend several thousand RM in a month, but only lose less than 2 or 1 kg?

I got friend who taking the Slimming Treatment in Slimming Centre. She spent more than RM4000 and just lose 500 GRAM just in a month. She found that any slimming treatment is useless, then she tried Herbalife product which is she only spend just RM755 and lose up to 6kgs in a month.

So, which one is more expensive & cheaper cost for losing weight?

so how much u spend for a meal?

let say char kuay teow RM 3.50 plus coke RM 1.50=RM 5.00

and if u spend in Mc Donald its about RM 8-RM 10 per meal per set...

so..jus shift ur money fr there to Herbalife shake,its equal to a full meal

with 55 good nutrition~bet u cant find tat much of vitamin n good nutrition in normal food~

yeah n the calories in Herbalife shake is so so low compare to char kuy teow~

a normal human being(Female) burn bout 1200 calories in basic, without doing any exercise

if 1 plate char kuow teow plus 1 nasi lemak plus roti canai..which is already 1800 ++ n snack in between 200++ so...whr is the extra calories goes when we dun exercise to burn it...

the tea is good for detoxification & waste trapped water in our body...

it also promotes energy to our body. I just drink it in morning at home, once arrive at office drink the shake... and i got full energy until evening... I love the shake & the tea very much... it taste delicious. And the protein bar, you know if you eat it, you feel no hunger at all...trust me!!! That's why I met peoples in Herbalife are so crazy & happy, becoz they losing their weight like crazy...and shaped up their body...!!!

erm...sugar is not so good to add in ~

there is a few other option, wat i do is

*mix it wif half apple jus(fr marke not de fresh one~) half plain water n then a tea spoon of d tea~

*half green tea (also fr d market, not tea begs, but packet 1..) half plain water n a tea spoon of tea mix~

*honey+tea mix

well..wif that..the taste is not so bitter ~try it^^

so when u feel hungry after 2-3hours taking the shakes, u can hav some light food e.g fruits , salad, crackers,cereals,healthy snacks... so no problem~dun worry gal~

Yes,F1 is the "killer product", tat comes in 5 flavor ~French vanila,Dutch choc, Strawberry, Cappucino n Tropical fruits. F3 which is the protein powder doesnt not have any taste, so we normally mix F1 n F3 together~ it wil become the best shake in da world
