Do you wear a mask out now?? With the current H1N1. I'm thinking of getting one and writing on it, "I'm not scared of H1N1 but cigarette smoke"

owh yes... i wear it... cause the weather out there not so nice... JEREBU & H1N1... just get back from hospital ampang... eeew.... so many people...

You should wear those N95 masks, such as 3M's No. 8511.

yeah... i think i wear that one... cause i buy mine each @ RM18,,,
there is 3thick layer... which is fron is blue, middle black,back dark blue..
quite thick mask compare to normal mask which is so thin...

my sis friends buy the thick mask 1box which have 50pc @ RM15...
but i buy mine a box 32pc @ RM480.. buy at vitacare pharmacy...

guy u can prevent H1N1 from taking injection @ clinic kita desa pandan...
not all clinic have this injection.... @ Rm80 perpeople...
my family have 25people... so OMG!!!!! you know how much need to pay? RM2000

Take these two and you will go a long way to preventing H1N1 :

Selenium, 400 mcg a day
