dermalogica 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2007 (edited) do u know wat is da SPF(Sun protection factor) for? eg:SPF 25go under the sun with ur bare skin...count how many minutes that ur skin get heated up, red and burn.that you cant stand (Eg: 20mins)so SPF 25 and 15min.....25 X 20 = 500 minutes.....so if u divided into 60min....is 8.333... it means that ur sun protection protects ur skin from the sun 8 and da half hours. if u go under the sun longer than that...please reapply ur sun block.for your body u can use strong spf....for face...dont!...it bites! and naked eye cant see that you wash off really really clean...not suitable for problem skin...normal skin wil get 1 or 2 breakouts Edited April 4, 2007 by skye

Aileng2 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2007 I'm using Loreal SPF 50 +++.Cheap & nice....I usually get voucher(Watson) from i-hate-citibank to buy things.Well, I got sample from Estee Lauren also SPF 50++...Use both of that also.Same feel...Why pay more if two of them feel the same.Just different country product only.If you all notice their web page, Loreal came from same brand with Shu Uemura,Lancome....If you think a little bit oily, you can use tisu paper put on the face after apply the sunblock.just pat pat a few time...take off the tisu.Apply make up... sukkimi 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2007 traclyn : Neostrata Daytime Cream SPF 15 : I like this very much as it doesn't give me breakouts / clog pores/ Also i has PHA (somnething like AHA which can exfloliates pores) 50ml can last for at least 6 months. Before this i am using Neostrata Oil Free SPF 15 also good, just that i need more moisture on my face nowadays. If i need extra SPF when goin under hot sun for longer period. I apply another sunscreen eg : Sofina SPF 50 PA+++ This one has very light texture. Watery kind of texture. Same texture as Sunplay / SunkillerI am thinking to get Clarins Sunscreen SPF40 / ZA Protector.Any reviews? Thanks

sukkimi 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2007 traclyn : the sunplay sun block is watery type . Unlike normal one we use is more on lotion. This watery one is easily absorbed in to skin and finish faster . IMOAvenus : Sofina not available in M'sia / S'pore. Gotto get it online. The texture is very similar to sunplay. Where you have shake it first b4 using.Sunplay - Made in ChinaSofina - Made in JapanI'm thinking to get Clarins SPF 40 PA +++. Wonder anyone try that ?
