Agree that Little Black Book is affordable, they have another outlet at Uptown.

Uptown outlet has limited choices; the best would be hartamas. The sungai wang outlet – well I’ll just skip that, VERY poor selection.. What I love about their outlets: they’re open till 11pm. The obscure boutiques in sg wang also offers great affordable clothes.

Last time when I went over to the outlet at uptown, the shop's like a lil cheapo looking and it has very lil' variety, mostly cotton sleeveless tees and spaghettis arranged in the middle a la Cats Whiskers' style (ie. according to colours).

have not shop in KL for years due to the retails here are TOO EXPENSIVE... also have frens that worked in distributing companies, saying that how much these stuff are marked up when they come into msia... despite the tax.

cheap clothes i see here are at flea markets ..., pasar mlm, some online store, petaling street, and some boutiques in Time Square, but quality sucks big time...

since my job requires me to travel frequently... i only do duty free shopping, overseas outlets shopping, summer sales, & boxing day sales. i'm not into branded stuff but quality very important.

Arlo! Well, i do own a pre-loved online shop that sells both PRE-OWN and PRE-LOVED clothings. Almost 90% of the PRE-LOVED clothings i only worn once, twice, so is good conditions. And for PRE-OWN clothings, i bought mostly online but as u know, u take risk while buying online, sometimes it looks fab on the model but it doesnt does the same when u tried it on, so instead of letting it taking up the space in my closet, i rather sell it at a lower price, at least i'm able to take back some of the money, and den i can spend it on another piece. Lolx. I'm really a serious shopalic... Heh.... I used to shop at Nichii all the time. Probably have like 50 items from their store but then realised that what I bought and was wearing, were worn by sooooo many other people out there and ran into situations where I go for dinner at a certain restaurant and the person sitting next to my table wears the same dress! So, I've ever since realised that Nichii's clothes are just TOO popular that EVERYONE buys from them.

And as for buying cheap clothes, I've bought clothes for less than RM35 from online stores (mostly selling Korean/Japanese clothes) only to be disapointed upon receiving my purchases cos either the sizes dont match or the quality of the cloth is so horrible that it tears within the first wear!

there's one online store in singapore i always use, quite cheap and good quality.

there's also another one i use (in KL) and another one in (taiwan)

I love online shopping more, because their stuff are usually cheaper and quality are mostly the same (you gonna check on the reviews and ask around your friends etc tho) sometimes i did get some crap sent to my house

I prefer go online shopping. price is cheaper than the real store. And the quality is good too. Normally go taobao China. Many shops there you can choose. Furthermore, most of the online store also buy from taobao.
