PinkPony 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2007 the 8 in 1 has steam fuction? if it is ,then it a good buy lo..almost the same priceI saw the 8 in 1 panasonic but dun have steam function. If you wan the steam function you can buy the panasonic curling + straightening. I'm not sure how much though. I saw one selling 2nd hand for RM80. And LYN also got sell curlers for RM25 but with no brand one. Kinda scared to use it..hahaa..scared it will burn my hair T__T

winniethepooh 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2007 why the curling/straightener is more value???? so its best to have the steam fuction?
Aster 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2007 why the curling/straightener is more value???? so its best to have the steam fuction?I think may bcz the duo-function gives more flexibility. and ya I think it's better to have steam fuction, even when you dunwanna use the steam fuction, you can always empty the water, right? purple_jie 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2008 i tried Philips 8 in 1. They sux. I would say if you're after a hair curler, get a normal hair curler.Vidal season had good hair curler.* if u wanna a more natural cuurl, get those curler with wider dimension. * I am using 32mm wan ..they are good. Joelle~* 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2008 I have a set of Panasonic 8in1kinda regret to have bought thatonly use the curling iron, never use other functionsthe temperature was not high enough therefore the curl is not that curlymayb it is more suitable for beginners because saferand even the biggest curler is still very small which can't create the wavy big curl that i wantedalso, my hair always got stuck in the curler when i wanted to release it after curlingi have no choice but have to pull it out and just letting my hair patahalthough not much hair losing but i doubt the design might has some problemI should have invest my money on only 1 good curling iron..after all i dun need other functions ((curling iron from Vidal Sasson and Babyliss are very good, always c from japanese mag and other magazines
