Cres Wellness good in Slimming?

Hello all, I plan to go for Cres Wellness in Jusco Cheras Selatan next week for first try. Actually is want to take a look for their package and the prices. I am first time go to slimming centre, want to get advice is it anything I need to ask before sign for the package? Because I heard many people say after sign for the courses the amount actually is more higher than the exact amount.

Then the slimming courses normally is between which price range? I am 50kg now with 150cm, think to keep until 45kg, don't know is it need much cost or not?

Just want to get some advice for slimming courses, thanks all~

Well, I have been with slimming centre b4...but not with Cres...If u have lots to fork up u may give it a try. But everything u lost in the slimming centre mostly is only water loss..not fat loss. Don't be too happy with ur the weight loss for the first few treatments (i lost 1 kg during my 1st session) coz most of is actually water.

If u did not watch ur diet, u won't c the results...instead u gained it back during the next session.

As for slimming packages, dun even listen to the sale girls there...Those cheap packages are total bullshit..u wont lose much with those cheap packages....i paid ard $3K (2 years back and now the price is ard $6K) and i only managed to lose ard 7 kgs.

they persuaded me to buy more sessions coz they said i still have lots to lose...really tired and fed up of all these...don't ever listen to their sweet talk...

before i signed up the manager assured me that i'll lose all my weight...i was so happy at that time...stupid me...i was totally wrong!! the $3k is not enuff for me to lose all my weight...what they do is to make u sign up 1st..then later they'll ask u to sign up for more n more packages...

so u better watch up and be wiser...or else u'll end up being like me!

Hey Joann, too surprise you pay for $3k but it's still not enough to lose the weight... A bit scared to go for it now Last time I also go for a facial treatment at Dx Pxxxxx Kxxxxx, I also sign for $2k++ package, after all, they keep pursuing me buying their products, guess what, there are one day their centre doctor come to check their client skin and telling me out of 6 products I buy, 3 of it will even dry up my skin more, then ask me don't used it and introduce me another product... This make me really angry and upset... Actually plan to go for their slimming package, but now I will not give them earning my money anymore

Thanks for your advice, I think a lot more people also got the experience which you got, but now do you still go for the slimming centre to maintain your weight? And is it we still need to keep on watch out our diet?

ermm...yah...i still maintain my weight at my slimming centre bcoz i still have sessions left...just to complete the whole program...after tat i'll stop...yah...u need to watch ur diet as well...u must eat healthily and moderately....dun think u can lose more by not eating instead ur body will start to reserve more fat....actually 2 months back i took a weight loss product....search for losing weight under health and management....if u r interested to give it a try PM me...i'll explain it to u more...

take it if u want to lose weight fast...if not better lose weight by the nature way --> EXERCISE

if can join a gym (i am with Fitness First now)...u'll have better discipline to do ur workout...if not u still can jog or brisk walk at park...

hey..me also thinking to have a try at cres jusco cheras..almost rm50 for first try rite..really donno it's good or bad...jz i'm using a facial product cellnique only i notice of the CRES wellness....so maybe not bad to have a try for the facial and body lose weight..

I had been to slimming centres i guess their treatments is quite good and their consultants is very professional. Not like what you guys go through. Why not give "bizzy body" a try cos i sign up with them and i had loss weight. Feel happy and excited. Their consultants are very friendly and they support me alot...

Hey babe, I think they are not specialist in Slimming. I have been to a few slimming centers and I highly recommend BizzyBody coz they sell their package according to results rather than number of sessions and their package started from RM399. I sign up this package before a managed to lose a few pounds.

Can I ask something, in those slimming center right, how do they guide you on sliming your body? watch your diet as in eating only fruits and vege or do exercise. Does their diet provide you with all the nutrition that our body need?

what JoAnn said is very true. i been to 2 slimming center, do see results.. but is not as good as advertised~ plus u'll put on weight back pretty easily too. and the price is always (promotional price)++ a lot.. they'll keep geting u to buy more n more products, sign up for more session. the pain is quite unbearable too. my advice to u > might wanna think again b4 signing up.

oh~ i too heard bizzybody is good. maybe u shld try wit bizzybody instead of cres. hehe.

I do not have a lot of opinion regarding going for slimming center. probably there are a few which is really good but you need to be careful. If you are looking for a nutritious product (food) which can help you loose some weight and as bonus point getting a healthy body... you can PM me. i wish i could help

You tried for Cres body treatment oredy? Did u sign up for their trt? how is their trt?
