  3. huh... u r not really that heavy though...i am much more heavier than u do.... nezzy, i am on my way of losing wieght too....workout 5-6 days a week...eventhough i workout but whenever i eat "unhealthy" food...i'll start to think of the calories and what's going to happen to my weight after that.... --> purge... it's all about mental strength....

  5. 2 years back, I was once a bulimic too...i binged and purged (sometimes up to 3-4 times a day)...i took laxatives (up to 5 pills in one shot)....i lost control.... I'm still struggling...i binged and purged once few weeks ago....this tend to happen to me if i'm back in my hometown <--can't resist temptation and at the same time i can't affod to gain weight... But i'm getting better this few weeks...have better control now...i did not binge and purge anymore...FYI...u won't lose weight by binging and purging...most people thinks by doing that they'll lose weight....NO !! In fact...ur weight will go yo-yoing...u body tend to retain water and start to store fat...u r actually making it tougher for ur body to lose weight now...i've been struggling with this over 1 and 1/2 year. i've been with slimming centre, tried countless weight loss products...u name it. to overcome this, u need to change ur mindset about losing weight....it's all about healthy eating and exercising...nothing is easy....the faster u lose weight the faster u gain it back. u stay at ampang?? do u drive?? so far away from subang.. if not u can join me in my workout at Fitness First....I'm now on my way of achieving so-called healthy lifestyle... i've tried one slimming product b4..it's works well for me...i took it for 1.5 months only then i stopped... if u wanna try maybe i can help to get it for u...u can take this as a jump start for ur weight-loss program...i don't suggest u to take it in long-term..go for exercise..if u want it fast...exercise + the weight loss product... my 2 cents opinion...hope that helps....I know how u feel coz I've been through all that...I really want to help u...u must do something with it...
  6. maybe u can skip rice for the dinner...save it for lunch...take more frequent meals...5-6 small meals a day...and eat CLEAN...have cheat meals once or twice a week so that u wont feel deprived.... elizz...dun worry about ur weight too much..those r just figures...what matters is ur body fat... a thin people can have very high % of body fat...and a fat people doesnt mean they'll have high % of body fat...so pay more attention to ur body fat instead of ur KGs... the faster u lose weight...the faster u gain it back and u gain it twice the weight u lose....if u lose more than 1 kg per week...most of the weight is only water weight not fat... losing weight is easy...the biggest challenge is maintaining it...think it in long term...dont have those mindset that once u achieve ur weight u can start eating or stop exercising...if u think so...mostly likely u'll gain all the weight back...i m still new in gym thingy...i jes started out not long ago...i m still learning and adapting to a healthier lifestyle...so good luck to u and happy new year!!
  7. jogging, walking, running, etc....u can swim also..but i think swimming is consider as aerobic exercise (if i m not mistaken)...swimming is good...
  8. who is ur trainer?? u did ur free PT sessions at summit or IOI?? maybe i shud be more careful with ur trainer...better dun get trap...
  9. ermm...yah...i still maintain my weight at my slimming centre bcoz i still have sessions left...just to complete the whole program...after tat i'll stop...yah...u need to watch ur diet as well...u must eat healthily and moderately....dun think u can lose more by not eating instead ur body will start to reserve more fat....actually 2 months back i took a weight loss product....search for losing weight under health and management....if u r interested to give it a try PM me...i'll explain it to u more... take it if u want to lose weight fast...if not better lose weight by the nature way --> EXERCISE if can join a gym (i am with Fitness First now)...u'll have better discipline to do ur workout...if not u still can jog or brisk walk at park...
  10. antelope, Well, I have been with slimming centre b4...but not with Cres...If u have lots to fork up u may give it a try. But everything u lost in the slimming centre mostly is only water loss..not fat loss. Don't be too happy with ur the weight loss for the first few treatments (i lost 1 kg during my 1st session) coz most of is actually water. If u did not watch ur diet, u won't c the results...instead u gained it back during the next session. As for slimming packages, dun even listen to the sale girls there...Those cheap packages are total bullshit..u wont lose much with those cheap packages....i paid ard $3K (2 years back and now the price is ard $6K) and i only managed to lose ard 7 kgs. they persuaded me to buy more sessions coz they said i still have lots to lose...really tired and fed up of all these...don't ever listen to their sweet talk... before i signed up the manager assured me that i'll lose all my weight...i was so happy at that time...stupid me...i was totally wrong!! the $3k is not enuff for me to lose all my weight...what they do is to make u sign up 1st..then later they'll ask u to sign up for more n more packages... so u better watch up and be wiser...or else u'll end up being like me!
  11. elizz... u do not need to resist temptations all the time...u still can have it once a while but not eveyday lor... to make a change is to change ur mindset... if u keep on thinking that after u've achieved ur target weight and u can start to eat like a pig...tat's is WRONG perception...most probably u'll gain all the weight back very soon...losing weight is easy...maintaining it is the biggest challenge... ya..i know it's hard to resist (even myself struggling now but if i can't resist maybe i'll have one or two bite..don't be too harsh on ur body....or else u'll ended up binging...i learnt this from my past experience) u'll get used to it...i guess by tat time most probably u won't like sweet stuffs anymore..i used to like carbonated drinks during my schooling years...now i HATE carbonated drinks.. no one ask u to stop eating rice...maybe u can half the portion of ur normal portion..REDUCE the portion...not completely stay off....

  13. yalar...5-6 meals a day is really troublesome and tiring...like non-stop eating...huh... my trainer asked me to have at least 6 meals a day...2 meals in the morning, 2 noon, n 2 dinner...then i told him i've problem of having 6 meals coz normally i'll wake up ard 11 am..by tat time no more breakfast time for me...then he asked me to wake up at 8 AM n eat...then i can continue to sleep after tat...oh my godness...jes to WAKE UP and EAT !! ...i just can't stop laughing during my training session today... i think i shud get a fitness freak bf too...maybe when i am too lazy to workout...he'll drag me there no matter what...
  14. hmm...since i jes started i am quite motivated to go for workout...i started 3 weeks ago.... 1st week - 6 days 2nd week - 5 days (wanted to go on Sun...but my PT asked me to rest coz i have session wif him on mon) 3rd week - 5 days (this week is the 3rd week...sat & sun not ard so wont be goin for gym ) 3-4 days a week is sufficient izzit? coz b4 that my PT also said the same thing to me...ask me to workout only 4 days a week... wow...there will be an increase in appetite also?? my PT asked me to take 5-6 meals a day...i find it so troublesome... haf to eat every 3 hours...and i actually din manage to eat 5-6 meals a day...maybe 3-4 meals....max 5 meals (that also i tried once only) My 5 meals day breakfast - oat with milk lunch - 2 hot dogs mid-afternoon - apple dinner - 5 spoons of rice + vege + tofu (i ta pau one...so maybe higher in cal...) snack - apple is this ok?? yaya...i have one guy friend...he's sooooo thin...like a stick...his doc said his can't gain weight because of thyroid problem....i'd heard b4 from some girls...they do exercise but jes cant lose weight...
  15. Har?? exercise also no use?? become bigger size?? is there such thing?? huh....i jes took my first move to do workout...and is 'battling' hard in the gym to lose my weight...dun scare me...
