    The Eye's

better pay a little more and get the results u want. nutrillite products are 100% organic ... im taking both of them also, together with doubleX... it's good... my eyes dun get tired easily (im a programmer who stares at computer whole day.) cheers
  3. HI Katria, one advice from all of above which u might NOT have followed is NOT to try too many products in such a short period of time. dun overuse the products and don;t overdo things. it;s very difficult for the people to help if you are not really listening. different skin care suitable for different people and some it takes time for it to see the effect. it's not miracle products. next, wat time u normally sleep? how is ur sleep quality? how is ur diet, do u eat on time? u eat meat a lot? u drink loads of water? try take more protein from plants (beans, but beware of the purine coz purine is high in uric acid) protein is essential for cell building. also look for vitamin A from carrots (a bit only, taking loads of carrot or papaya will make ur skin looks orangy...) try cutting off meat for like 3 weeks (as body takes approx 7 days of cleans, 7days for adjust, and 7days of healing) mayb add one vitamin C and E... (vitamin ACE is antioxidant) DONT RUSH... BE positive ... sometimes, u dun think of ur skin then ur skin will get better one, so jz ignore ur skin for a while... when u worry too much, ur body will produce some hormone which has bad effect. lookin from the picture, ur skin is better than mine (mine got scar some more ) heheh, jz a bit oily only, ... but anyway, ur skin is really thin. DON'T use scrub. when ur skin gets oily, try not to go wash ur face la. instead, LIGHTLY tap on some facial blotters to gently remove access oil. ur skin will naturally produce those oils coz it dehydrated. remain using the products which have the least irritation, while drink a lot of water everyday. PLAIN WATER. no coffee, no coke, no other, jz plain water. no RO water, jz clean filter water. cheers hope u will be satisfied with ur skin condition soon.
  4. i had posted this previously but cannot find where my post is. anyway, recently i changed one by one but all my skincare to Artistry. the best thing about it is the results i get, and the bonus is it is 100% money back guarantee. I have combination skin, so u can see i use a combination range. Makeup remover: Gentle Action M/U Remover and Eye M/U remover Cleanser: Clarifying Cleanser Toner: Clarifying + Delicate Care Eye: Replenishing Eye Cream Moisturizer: Clarifying + Delicate Care Serum1: Pure White Essence Serum2: Time Defiance Skin Refinishing Lotion (favourite product, reduced pore appearance) Spot: Pure White spot corrector Mask: Pore Cleansing + Moisture Intense Scrub: Polishing Scrub Acne: Blemish Control + Aloe Care Sunblock: SPF30++ Multiprotect Colors: All from Artistry. I have been using this product for about 3 months. i totally lurve the results. I combine it with lymphatic detox + guasa facial (using all Artistry products of coz) for the best results. Now i guasa bit by bit on my scar... hope to reduce it soon...
  5. personally using Shu's glue. one of the best so far. Not too expensive, stays on really well and yet easy to remove. plus, can use a long time :-D personally using fake lashes from the face shop (cheap and good, ) and inouvi.... planning to invest in a pair or two from shu uemura.
  6. haha, i personally lurves shu... but im using mostly artistry also, same as zenwell. it's all organic ingredient and hey, it's not pricey at all.
  7. for goodness sake, u are underweight, as mentioned. Why u still wanna cut ur weight? Do u find yourself flabby? Or you cannot find ur waist? If that is the case, u not need to cut down on ur weights u know. What is needed probably is good quality protein to help bring your body to shape. and tone those muscle up.
  8. annie90. For 162cm and 56kg, your BMI should be normal. However, i notice that the way you eat in college is totally different from the way you eat at home. this way, your body will have to work much harder to digest the food u took during the weekends, instead of trying to help u burn away the food. I find the food u take in college totally lack of nutrient. The fact that your period stop is not a good sign at all. Try this to get your body into normal cycle. Drink nutrifresh in the morning with your fruits. Nutrifresh is best drink in the morning. For your poor diet, i suggest u drink Nutrifresh for noon and nite also. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetable. Remember, u have to eat until 70% full... get your body in weekdays to this so your body wont undergo a shock when u eat a lot during the weekends. Try eat less of those gardenia bread and muesli bars... go take normal cook food instead. those stuffs contain a lot of chemicals and preservatives which are harmful to our body. By the way, u do not have to do special exercise like jogging or swimming to workout your body... take 5 - 10 minutes before you bathe. hide yourself in the bathroom (if you are sharing room) and shake and jump (like a mad woman, hahaa) until u sweat a little. then cool down before u go for bath. i always do this. this way, you work out your body too. I think you should not worry about your weight now, you are not overweight at all. I think u should think of the way of getting your period again and also on getting a balanced diet. i use nutrilite supplement for weight loss. Fyi, you can find some info from this blog: http://nutriliteforlife.blogspot.com/searc...ht%20Management

  10. HI Teff and prettikat, sorry for taking this loooooooooooong to reply. been bz and no time to checkout MYB... anyway, after using the whole bottle of That Girl... here's the answer: i. it feels moussy creamy, when u twist out it's like strawberry/raspberry mousse cream. it is not at all heavy and totally bad for imperfection coverage. if u have scar or pigmentation, u will need concealer+foundation if u want flawless skin. ii. i din feel it gets oily. but mayb that's for my skin. however it is really light weight, and it give a hint of blush. iii. for normal makeup: base->foundation->that girl->sunblock->that girl->makeup+light blusher. the SA actually ask me to use that girl as a makeup base but i think it;s too expensive for that purpose for sunday makeup: base->sunblock -> that girl -> that girl. 2 times that girl means i apply one layer, let it set... then apply another layer. iv. nope. it actually will not be very obvious. jz a hint of a healthy pink. something like a tint that glows from the skin, unlike blushes which appear on top of the skin. v. i ran only twice from the steps above. that's the makeup step i so called created for my own use. a bit different from the SA advice. ah, one more thing. at nite, let say u are running late for a yumchar session, use facial blotter to wipe off the oil on your face then quickly pat ur cheek with that girl. the sweet smell will perk u up and also, the hint of pink makes u look more alert. but note here, sometimes the pink is totally not obvious, but you can feel ur face perks up. i super love the sweet smell. especially great if u wake up in the morning and feels sleepy still, the sweet smell perks me up, even tho a while la, but i feel happy lor :-D it;s a stick, but u twist and the mousse cream comes up. it's is not at all heavy. if u dun have blemish skin, and dun usually apply makeup, then u can use my sunday makeup step for ur daily makeup. :-D Note that i did not use That Girl as a primer. I use it as a soft blusher instead. i feel it's not so good to be used as a makeup base n super expensive to use as a base, unless your skin is fair and not much blemishes. I will repurchase That Girl if i have money :-D now dun have to use blusher lor hope the above helps.
