Which eyeliner do you girls reckon is good? I'm currently using Dior's pencil eyeliner but what i heard from my fren dat liquid is better than pencil. So pencil or liquid type? And which brand do you girls reckon?? I haven heard of Sillygirl before but i saw quite a number of girls here are using Sillygirl eyeliner. So girls please recommend me any brands that is good. I dun mind paying the price for good cosmetics cos its on my face. Lol
