Hi everyone, My turn.. =) .. Well, the first person who i wanna thanks in this pageant will be Nickster!.. Because you called up, that's why Lavenda is here !! Thanks for bringing Lavenda into this pageant. And then i would like to thanks all the crews as well, Panda for arranging all the photo shoots session, wkhai for working hard behind the scene, Fred and the rest crews.. Now, let me dedicate the special thanks to all the contestants.. you all are so gorgeous and good personlities. Hi babes, I'm here to support Chellepie's topic, and i strongly support her in this. We all should encoucrage each other and let's share and showing our love to each other in this MyB journey. Hoping we all MyB babes will make a different and all of us are the best!! 1. who is your fav contestant among us ? why? ( *can name few.. no ranking ) :: Well, because i came in late, thus, i ddint get much chance to realyl talk and spend more time with all the babes, but, from online forum, i was granted a chance to be closer with a few of u all. Nevertheless, i hope in our coming meet up, i can actually talk and spend more time getting to know each of u all more. I love all the babes and my fav will go to those are active in this forum, ( because the rest who isnt active, i didnt get the chance to know them well yet ) . Michelle was a supportive one, Jamince was a talkactive girl but sweet, Jean was another down to earth person, Winx will be a cool pretty , and the rest , i would love to know u all even deeper ya!!! 2. who is your target as your greatest competitor ? what is her strength that makes u motivate? ( * to make ourself improve, where we can learn from each other ) :: The greatest competitor will be my inner self i guess. Because im a late comer, and because i didnt get to chat more with the babes last meeting, i felt a little lack of confidence to myself. Good Day everyone, Babes, lets stick back to the topic! My turn to scribble some story telling / bed time story of Lavenda ++ BEWARE! Don't fall asleep while reading this k ==================================================================================================== =============== My beloved-macho-manOFtheMen Daddy was born in Singapore, yes, that makes him a Singaporean then, while my beloved-sexay-pretty-gorgeous-AUNTIE- Molly, (oppps) my Maammeee i mean, she's from Penang. Sadly to say that, my mum was brought up in a Convent, ' cause her mummy (my grandma) passed away when my mum was only 3 years old, and then my grandpa re-married and the so called step-mum of my mum didnt treat my mummy well. So, mummy was then sent to a Convent and brought up there, in Penang itself. Bless Mummy Molly . Then bla bla bla.............. Jeng Jeng jeng... Here comes Lavenda~~ I was born in Batu Pahat , Johor Darul Takzim, in the very early morning around 3am of 21th July 1986. That was the time and date of my first cry . (wooo hooo) *ongeh ongeh*.. . Batu Pahat was located in between Muar and Johor Bahru. It's a small town anyway , no surprise if any of you here never heard of the name before. *LoL* Four years later, i was blessed with another cutie-naughty-bullier- brother, Winson Boo , and he is now in Chinese Private School, graduating soon and fly off to Taiwan to further his study soon. ==================================================================================================== ======================== Since young, I was a manja-queen. (according to Auntie Molly) I want this and i wan that. And thus, at the age of 5 or 6, i pushed a chair all the way to the fridge, and started to climb up to the chair . just to grab something on top of the fridge, then.. *praagghhh* FELL DOWN.. aftermath of it? got a bandaged right hand for one whole month, sligthly TWISTED my Elbow.. eeeeewwwwwwww.... .. luckily it's cured. Another incident was, I saw Banana in the kitchen, and i wanted so much to eat that particular banana, which is actually in GREEN color, ( kononnya, belum masak la beh ..) , but mati mati nak jugak even tho Daddy said is not rip, can not be eaten until it is ripped ... but... Daddy was so bad tho, He handed me one of the GREEN banana after i successfully pestered him and nagging him and cry out loud , just wanna eat the banana, so Mr.Machoo Boo granted my wish. Ewwwwwww.. Im with a GREEN banana in my hand, and i was like so happy and bite on it immediately.. my face goes like this .........a moment later......... i..... ..hahaha.. That's how DEGIL Lavenda was when she is young ==================================================================================================== ========================= Then when I'm big enough, I was sent to SRK Convent for my first 6 primary school years. It was around 8-10km from where i stayed, so mum fetch me everyday up and down .. And then after the consequent of 6 years, i was then registered into SMK IJC Convent for another 5 years of secondary school years. I was in Science Stream until i graduated in IJC COnvent, holding several post included Prefect for 2 years, President of Counselling ( Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya ) and Treasury for several clubs. In those secondary school years, i started my Bowling journey. From scratch, basic to intermediate. Represented School, and then District, and then Johor in Junior Circuit of MSN. As usual, LAvenda took up Violin class too. It was another tough thing, but it's fun !! Then, after ended Form 5, i was selected for the very 1st batch of National Service (wooo hooo, Lavenda was in NS ) aiks... It was so much fun!!! Was in Mersing Camp and then UTM's .. That NS was my very first INDEPENDENT experience. It was tough for me, but i survived Then immediately after NS, I've got offered by Temenggong Ibrahim Girls School ,TIGS ( sekolah bestari ) for Lower Six in Science Biology. As in that i have no time to seek for proper university or college due to i dont have much exposure to the social outside when i was in NS, i immediately took up the offer by TIGS. ya, biology was my all time favourite, but i couldnt survive, and i cabut after 3 months in TIGS. Because i totally don't have any heck idea why am i in that biology field, meanwhile i love business study so much. Thus, i applied for International Business in Multimedia University, and here i am untill today.. Graduating in year 2008 Nov. Pray for me. ==================================================================================================== ========================= Current story, am living alone in Melaka and i consider myself quite independent. Because i have two malays bunkies which i know none of them when i first moved in. I guess i just mix well easily huh? (winks) . One of them is a Lawyer to be, and another is a IT programmer to be. So ya, i lived with them for almost 1 year now. Am living in University Green Apartment. It was quite a nice place environment, i like it because they plant alot of greens here , felt so fresh everyday wake up in the morning , a new day has come kinda feeling.. keke.. And then Mr.Macho Boo was great, i was given a car since i got my license in Form 4. so, i got no problem travelling here and there.. Overall, Dad was a great man, he did everything just for us ( me and winson ) , Love u dad.. mwahz.. Last but not least, would like to thanks Nickster and crew for calling me up and given me this precious chance to be in MyB Icon SEarch 2007. Although I'm a late comer, but lavenda strongly believe nothing is too late for a willing heart ya? And was really really grateful to meet u babes here in MyB, let's strenghten the love within and Lavenda really cherishing every moments , every seconds in MyB. My final exams is around the corner actually, thus, i felt a little pressure here in juggling my time management for both myb, magazine shoots, and my study. Sobs Sobs. But as long as i can pull myself, I'll be there in the Finale Bash Party to support u all!!! Let's PArtaaayyy~~ That's all for now, will update more in coming post ya. Lotsa love, Lavenda

Jamince, shoot more and u will be automatically photogenic in your expression =) .. erm...Thai? i will suggest Phuket !! been there for this year song kran festival, and i fall in love with taht place, 2 months later, i went there again.. It's so super nice place to SHOOT!!! keke... from phuket u can go to Krabi and also James Bond Island, phi phi island and koh samui.. check out these places ya.. =) *winks* love, lavenda
