am actually one of drnano's client, i lost 23kgs since last yrs Aug 08 , i found that their trt is good and effective . blue-black of coz la coa its using presure ma,,,,so when it hit on our cappilaries it turn blue-black la, same like we do slimming massage n knock on something sure blue-black . not only that i lost weight but my overall well-being oso felt......

i went to ask bout the treatment last week. They are currently advertising rm198 for first trial and guarantee result. But guess what! The beautician told me the trial treatment , actually cant give you any result!!! It is just for us to feel the treatment. gosh..
I ask for my chubby face injection, and she recommended me to take 2 package cost rm2xxx. why do I need till 2 package which is 70 over points of injection? And I asked for eye bag treatment for my friend. She said need to buy at least 1 package, cost rm988, 20 points. I personally feel that 20 points on eye area is ridiculous ler.

yeah.. i read about this. and then i called the drnano head branch in KL. they told me as a smart consumer, we shd verify whether those ppl claims are genuine or not. THey asked me to check with MOH malaysia and singapore whether they are officially approve to carry this treatment.

A friend has forwarded me her husband's enquiry to Ministry of Health, spoken to a lady from the DCA-drugs control authority. Below are their email correspondences. The Authority replied in RED below.

We wish to enquire as a consumer if the following products from Kiseki Marketing Sdn Bhd, brand-name DrNano Labcel have been approved by National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau, Ministry of Health Malaysia. This company claimed that all their products have passed the regulation in the NPCB, but we can only find 5 of their products here is registered. Most of those registered is creams and applications on outer skin.

The rest of the slimming are mesotherapy which is using a needleless injector to "inject" the solutions inside our subcutaneous layer. Have they got the NPCB approval on these products below? In their recent Star advertisement and writeup, the company claimed that have got approval from NPCB to declare all products used is SAFE. We as consumers are very concerned because we are not sure if these cosmetic solutions are safe for our body... More so, all the sessions are performed by beauticians and not doctors.

Please advise. You can check their website www.drnanolabcel.com for details of the above products. Also I believe the NPCB should be a body to regulate all rules and ensure no consumers are cheated by claims of this unethical beauty company trying to use NPCB to cheat the public and mislead the public that the products are really safe to use.

Attached is a scan copy of advertisement on The Star on 10/3/2009. Please refer attachment file. They mentioned all their slimming and beauty products have been registered and approved by NPCB. So far, we do not see these products listed in MOH website. Only 5 items are listed and they are not using these creams to inject into the consumer body.

This company seems misleading. Please check.

All full of lies-Dr Nano Labcel
1. Their company cannot be more than 15 years old. The founder is only probably 35+ years old. All the company registration could have been bought off the shelf-meaning they buy over the company name and runs it. That could be a old company name they bought, rite?

2. Mesotherapy was never approved by MOH Malaysia or Singapore. Not even in USA. In fact, recently The Star featured the slim-jets which DrNano is using, it totally not approved at all !

3. The many billboards are just a marketing tool to fool consumer that the company is so big & large. They may have the cash to throw in to do advertisement and fraud seems overshadowed by all these advertisements.

4. Best part was that they made claims in newspapers advertisement and magazines that their products are MOH approved, and put up the MAL mark. Best part is after a check with MOH, all DrNano got approved was some creams/lotions. Nothing about the injectible solutions...! They are just using few MAL certificates--meant for other products to claim ALL their products are approved...this is so ridiculous.

Conclusion: They are full of lies. Of course, their consultant will fool all customers-being paid anyway. So, if they say they have certificate to prove their product safety, we are not surprise if the certificates are FAKE

hmm... the government just replied in 2 sentences??? anyway, why until now, our government still have not take any action? i bet they came acrossed DRNano Slim Jet advertisement on the billboards, banners, magazines, newspapers and etc. The Dr Nano even held 'open house' events on all their boutiques in selangor and kl 1 month ago. Is it the bahagian penguatkuasa will only take action when something bad happen to the customers of DrNano?
another thing, how do you know the boss is around mid 30??

ohh.. and to update other babes on my DrNano Slim Jet treatment result, I didnt shed any kilos or lose any cm/inches at all after 4 treatments. it is really unacceptable an dissappointing. FYI, i not a fat person. i just wan to shed off my tummy fat.
But drnano treatment doesnt seem to be effective at all on me. But the consultants claimed it is very effective and fast and long lasting. I doubt it. sigh. maybe have to say goodbye to my $$ invested.

FYI, i didnt slim down at all or lose any inches/cm/kg after 4 treatments (took about 2 mths period) with DrNano. the package i signed up is 5 treatments rm1998.00. I also bought their weight control program sachets for rm398.00. The consultants and therapists are quite good in their services and patience too. However, we signed up with DRNano treatment bcoz we want to slim down and look pretty. The treatment is not effective at all on me.

You can actually call the Ministry of Health, Drug Control Authority and ask for Puan Wahida tel 79682200 and discuss with her on this issue. She is fully aware, basically the last time my friend called after her email, Pn Wahida mentioned that her department has escalated the issue to their Enforcement team and they will do investigation. However, the results are not transparent to the consumer. She also told us that many consumers also complained about this issue, so in the following months, the Authority put an article in the Star papers to inform public about the ban of using this equipment for slimming. I will try to locate that article and post it here if possible.

So in a way, the government is aware of this issue. But they are trying to notify the public on this.

For the beauty business, of course they will continue to invest big money on billboards, but best thing to do it go to them, and ask to see the REAL certification from our Ministry of Health to prove that the injection solutions are all approved.... which I don't think so. They only got some creams and lotions MAL-approved.

The boss - she was featured in Chinese magazines, you can try google and see how old this 20+ years old company claim to be...., the owners should be in their 50s!

i use to work at Dr nano as promoter for them and i know how they earn money from client..they will say this is not effective and you have to add more treatment...but before i know how they earn money from client my mum sign a RM7k treatment ...my mum want to slim down all the while..and she use to be 70kg...after the treatment her leg and hand was blue black and but after a few treatment she do slim down but she say is painful so she stop all the treatment...but my mum problem is she have water resistant and she will gain weight very fast even she never eat much ...she try alot slimming center and finally she got to know a medical scientist...
she help my mum to slim down and cure her liver problem cause water resistant is mainly liver not strong so tocsin and water cant come out easily..the most important is my mum never gain any weight until now......and she only spend a RM350 compare to all the slimming she go...she use to spent at least a 5k in any of the slimming center...

damn fucking suckssss. d coupon wrote 2 sessions for facial. but the beautician said only 1. it wrote 2 face masks , 1 eye mask n 1 neck mask wt massage. end up only 1 face mask applied. d branch at mid valley.
