(WTA) Who work at KL area??

Hi all babe, i would like to asking some info.. My friend staying at Tmn Equine Park (between Puchong and Seri Kembangan).. Now she got a offer to work at Menara Hap Seng Jln P.Ramlee, so she would like to know:-

1) Working hour is 9am, what time she should start drive?
2) Use which driving road is most wise?
3) Will terrible jam?
4) Except Menara Hap Seng car park, got any suggestion oth parking? Bcos Hap Seng parking is expensive, calculate by hour.. She off work on 8pm..

the time will take abount for half an hour i suggest u to go out around 8 in the mornin.. coz u may not know what gonna happen.. anyway for the parking issue i'm ur fren will find one(free one just using meter ) if she can reach there before 8.25 am coz there is sure alot of plenty parking space i'm sure....
