so in conclusion...which slimming centre gives d most ideal outcome?i've been reading tis forum 4quite few days d & i'm new hr..b4 tat i weight 68kg wif 165cm but after my aunty recommend me SNE pill i weight 58kg in 2mths time but now my weight increase by 4kg..so i'm thinking bout going 2slimming centre but after reading all d forum..i dun feel confidence wif them(slimming centre).if any1 wif slimming santuary or terimee,mind 2share wif me d diet plan/recipe?

I took SNE-kintop which are made of pure chinese herbs w/o d additions of hormones, it doesn't affect the metabolism and secretion of hormones & oni acts on fats.all u juz hav 2do is juz comsume 2capsules on empty stomach early in d morning then ur allow 2eat all d delicious food in a moderate portion & drink lots of water..

Now you see, that is what i meant by saying if you want to lose weight then first of all, you got to know why one gain weight. Then you got to learn how to let weight lose

happen.

You can use slimming Product but if you are not sure of the above then after that you put on weight like this thread starter here. That is call Yo Yo effect.
