aaahhaa...thats the main problem..ur SINUSITIS..get rid of the sinisitis n ur panda eyes will surely reduce...seriously...im having the same problem..i counsulted a dermatologist and thats what they told me...plus some other stuff mentioned above..like sleep deprived n nutritional imbalanced...but the main prob was the sinusitis....it cuts off the microcirculation near the eyes thus causing eye bags(coz fluids cant drain out) and dark circles (coz lack of O2 cause the cells there to die)...im gonna go for the surgery soon.....hope this info helps...

sungai wang is the place to go...seriously...lotsa boots at reasonable prices....n plain ones so easy to find...n probably if u wanna do designs will have to be fabric type material or suade for it to stay on...or else will smudge n leave a mess...
