You might loss some water but not 2 kgs, if you loss 2 kgs of body fluid you will properly suffer from dehydration. Ya who have this symptom, please let slem know and I also interest to know as for 4year+ I have not receive any complaint about poor appetite,and to all bodybeaus consumers please eat your 3 meals regularly preferbaly with some rice, just avoid supper. This is important.
