  1. As topic says My skin is rather temperamental- it can be normal/oily/combination/dry, and sometimes I do get an occassional breakout or two but nothing too serious (Touch wood). I've went for Face Mapping at Dermalogica around 3-4 months back and I was told that my oiliness is caused by dehydration- which means my skin secretes sebum to compensate for the lack of moisture on my skin. For your reference this is my current skincare regime: Cellnique Paramedical Seaweed Cleansing Gel (Day), Cellnique Paramedical Gentle Foaming Cleanser (Night) Cellnique Paramedical Soothing & Hydrating Lotion Shiseido Eudermine Revitalising Essence SK-II Aqua Physics Hydrating Gel Shiseido Pureness Pore Minimising Essence Budget is not an issue for the moisturiser, but preferably not something as expensive as La Mer. All help and advice is highly appreciated

    Shiseido

I'm quite a Shiseido convert. The Shiseido counter I go to at Jusco 1 Utama is good- they ALWAYS give me free samples- once they even gave me a small toiletry bag, their new Maquillage lipstick samples and sunblock sample! Their people are quite friendly and not pushy too. Currently I am using Shiseido's Pureness Pore Minimising Essence and Pore Purifying Warming Scrub- so far so good. Am thinking to switching to their moisturiser too. Oh, and the Shiseideo Eudermine Revitalising Essence. In my opinion it's one of the best skin care products ever created! I think Shiseido is not so famous in a sense that they don't have celebrities to endorse their products (Correct me if I'm wrong) compared to other brands... so yeah. For makeup I have their Shiseido Supplist Poreless Foundation and Shiseido Fine Eyeliner (Liquid eyeliner), and they work good too!

    SK-II

I've been a user of SK-II Facial Treatment Essence and SK-II Aqua Physics Hydrating Gel since circa December 2007/January 2008. I find that it doesn't really improve my skin condition (I have oily/combination/dry skin type with rather noticeable pores), but I do like the moisturiser because it really moisturises my skin and doesn't cause me to break out. Only a little bit is required, and too much will make it oily. However, I am in search of a new moisturiser, since I find that the SK-II Aqua Physics moisturiser would work better with the serum, and it will get rather costly. That's also a reason why I stopped using the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence and switched to Shiseido Eudermine Revitalising Essence instead
