Hi all, i saw this forum and i bought all the products from monrose on last Oct if im not mistaken. carrie is good, a real profesional in handling queries. i actually doubt too whether sim yee is actually carrie cuz sim yee seems identical to carrie. but anyway, i kept silence. i have quite severe acne problems on oct. (must be due to stress & cheap products by Malay companies).then i start using monrose. followed her step. it did work. but i have lots of scars. but after 2 months, i found my pimples popping back (but not as severe as before). so i changed to exuviance night cream & the rejuvenating masque. i personally think that rebalancing day cream works wonder for me. it is ultralight. but for the purifying lotion, its too dry for my skin, even i apply alternately, my skin still feels & looks VERY VERY dry. so i stop purifying lotion. but gals, this PL really works during the beginning of application, maybe 2 to 3 weeks, and you can see your acne really reduced and gone. but after that, my skin just dried out. i mean totally dry. for the night cream, its OK. but the healing of scars are very slow, which is y i switched to exuviance which lighten my scars in 3 days. my skin now has improved VERY MUCH. thanks to the night cream and masque (from exuviance). but i also like to thank carrie cuz by applying PLotion my acne just reduced dramatically. anyway, i'll continue to use monrose day cream and hopefully my skin now will continue to glow. i still use the day cream til today which is almost 3 months. i would say monrose works for individual. mayb the way we apply or our lifestyle makes monrose unworkable. all the best gals!
