Cheap room for Rent near Sunway College

I'm helping my brother, who is currently studying in Sunway College to search for room to rent.

Anyone know where to rent for single room + aircon near Sunway College?

Must be affordable and walking distance to college.

actually there r few notices posted up on bulletin boards in sunway uni coll..u can ask him 2 check them out....

nearest is lagoonview,which is situated within campus...it's bout rm 600-700 for a single room[mediem] wif air-con...if smaller room,it's bout rm 500 but not recommended as it's really small[like storeroom] plus there's pipelines above

indah villa is bout 20min's walk but not recommended coz my fren used 2 stay there...coz it's really near sunway lagoon so it's really noisy on weekends esp morning n if there's any party or function,it's noisy at nite...plus construction 4 sunway pyramid 2 is in progress....even from sunway hostel can hear d drillings noises at 4am...

others,i think need 2 take bus...but dun stay at lagoon perdana[d apartments near restorant 5 bintang] as it's really noisy n not suitable 4 students..many employers rent there as their workers' dorms so u can imagine how d ppl r.there's no doubt tht it's cheap[bout rm 300-400] but 4 d sake of comfy n safety,not recommended....

...but dun stay at lagoon perdana[d apartments near restorant 5 bintang] as it's really noisy n not suitable 4 students..many employers rent there as their workers' dorms so u can imagine how d ppl r.there's no doubt tht it's cheap[bout rm 300-400] but 4 d sake of comfy n safety,not recommended....

Basically, block 5 is the noisiest la... coz its the front most block, lotsa workers/foreigners/etc stay there. But the block where I stay - block 2 is very quiet. Summore the Resident Association president & secretary is staying this block mah....so anything they will know what to do. Last time got one group of students (foreigners) darn noisy - everynight also party party till 5am. Then, I just called the resident's association ppl once & after that settle dy.

Good thing about here is very convenient la, got shops & all.. can get food 24 hours
