chica 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2005 from wat i c alif is no good. i mean my fren la, no offence to others ha.. from wat i experienced, lucct is well recognised n good exposure. very expensiv n mata duitan though..much hectic than other schools..pjcc is good because they teach 3dstudiomax instead of other crap softwares like archicad (lucct) and minicad (cenfad) and colleges who teach u autocad 3d is basically crap (slow...) hope that helps and prepare to lose a lot of sleep. psyk0 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2005 pj community college?
chica 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2005 pj community college that's right. near hilton. autocad is compulsory, autocad 2d, that is. u draw 2d plans with that, but to construct 3d, there's so many softwares in the market, like 3dstudiomax, viz, maya, lightwave etc which produce very impressive photorealistic perspectives. autocad 3d is not a very good 3d tool lor.. amane86 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2005 I am studying interior design in LUCT...if u willing to pay a sum of money.. and put alot of effort in doing all the reserach.. then u can do well in luct.. the rest of the college i dunno..it's a MUST for AUTOCADif u dont take this subject nobody will wants to hire u nowadays..What else i LEARN in luct..there's history and culture class, technical studies on buildings.. material class for sem1, drawing n design is a MUST in every sem... and there's NEVER ENDING ENGLISH CLASS.. -.-"and through out the sem u willl feel that u are studying architecture more on interior...if u are lucky to get good lecturers then u are fine.no worry about drawings as the lecturer will teach u how to draw perspectives and sketches.. of course u must do alot of practise on urself...Design u must struggle it to the end.. not to scared u, LUCT once start semester it's like a nonstop train moving on til the end.. so it's like... somtimes u will have to rush assignments n sacrifice a few days sleep... then money spend like water on material.. that's what i know about luct.. they mainly focus on ur idea concept and design stuff..of course u wil have lots of great friends..i got a few friends transfered to MIA, they say they learn lots of things than in luct..PJ College mainly focus on drawing skills.
