Fruits: Either 1 slice of papaya & 1 slice of water melon or 1 slice of pineapple & 1 slice of water melon.

Low Glycemic meal: Either Soup & light snacks @ (Soup Spoon, any major food court), Sliced Fish Soup @ (Food Court), Fried Tou Fu, Sashimi & 1 or 2 Sushi @ (Sakae) or Yong Tou Fu Soup/Bee Hoon @ (food court). Etc
