And i'm a rookie to make up, so is there any advise on how to deal with this? This is because whenever after i put my concealer, i find it hard to put eyeshadow/eye liner on the bottom lid of my eyes, as the concealer tends to get mixed up, or it produces a sticky layer;hard to blend my eyeshadow.. so..
