penguin~ 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2006 Hi Shiro, i went for Jourdeness (not sure anyone of you heard of it). They have branches in Taipan USJ, Cheras, Penang, and etc etc....It's from Taiwan and i love their services. I used to go for the one in Taipan and when i moved up to PG, i moved my registration here as well. The cost is not too much but you have to sign up with bulk, i mean maybe 20 facial treatments for RM2K or things like that.I love their back massage, including kua sa (not sure how to say it in Eng ). It helps to de-toxin my body and it'll make me feel less tired. I have been in Jourdness for 2 years+ almost 3 years. After that i never like other places coz i feel this place is the most comfortable one. You can try the first trial, cost Rm19.90 for the face + RM37.90 for the back massage if i am not mistaken.PS: This is only my personal preferences. baby_rachy 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2006 Used to go to L.Drake but don't really like their facials anymore. No doubt it's comfortable and relaxing but I just don't like extractions. My face is very sensitive and the extractions cause great pain. Everytime they do it I also cry. The scars dun heal easily as well. Now my face has alot of scars. I'm searching for a place with facials without manual extractions (using hands). Saw an ad on TV for Adonis and they're promoting extractions using machine. Feel like wanna try it out. Anyone been to Adonis before? Or good beauty salon to recommend without using manual extractions?

baby_rachy 0 Report post Posted November 23, 2006 (edited) Hi junjun,How much is their pricing? Additionally, is the machine extraction any good? Do you see any improvement? I'm not that interested in their products yet cause I just want some maintenance on facials. I think the rest should be home products and be sufficient enough.Another place that came into my mind is Aman Suria Sothy's salon. Not sure how much is the pricing and service too. Anyone has their contact? Edited November 23, 2006 by baby_rachy

imzadi 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2006 Went to a Leonard Drake facial today after 3 years (!) not going to any facials. I really liked it. Not sure about the other L. Drake's but I've always liked the one in BSC cos they're very good and they don't push you to buy stuff. After the facial they just ask you if you were happy with it and if I want to buy anything. But they're not pushy.Although I understand what baby_rachy wrote about the extractions. It is quite painful. I've been to others where after the facial, my face is all red from the extraction but this one I wasn't, so am quite pleased with them.

baby_rachy 0 Report post Posted November 26, 2006 (edited) I'm not saying L.Drake is bad service. I like their massage and environment. Their upper back massage is superb. Imzadi, you should try it. Just that the manual extraction during facial is too painful for me to continue. I hope nobody misunderstand me.That's why I'm looking for beauty salon with machine extraction now instead of manual (hands). Does anyone know any other beauty salon with machine extraction?hellokitty82: Cres Wellness with machine or manual extraction?junjun: I don't think I wanna sign up any course until I try it out once. How much is their normal facial (1 time)? Wanna try it and see if I like it before I regret... Edited November 26, 2006 by baby_rachy
