It seem like women out there are still unaware that they are wearing the wrong size bra. How to measure: 1. Measured your underbust horizantally and go to the nearest even number. e.g: If you are 30.5" or 31", your band size is between 30 or 32(try the lower band(30) first, unless you have a bony ribcage then go up to 32). This is automatically your band size. There is no adding imaginary inches here. 2. Measure your bust size. a) Stand tall, wear a non padded bra/no bra at all, then measures loosely at the fullest of your bust. Make sure your measured tape are horizontally from front to back. Write down the measurement. Make sure your measured tape are horizontally from front to back. b)The difference between your underbust measurement and your bust measurement dictates your cup size. Every 1 inch in difference represents a cup size. If your cup are too small/squashy your breast or there are big gap between your breast and bra, other alternative measurement is: c) Bend over so your chest is parallel with the floor (90 degree) and measures your bust. d) Lie down in the floor and measures your bust. Add up the measurement in step c and d, and take the average number. Then, repeat step b. Note 1: CUP SIZES ARE NOT STANDARD, UNLIKE COMMONLY THOUGHT (AND TOLD TO US BY ASSHOLES LIKE VS). They are TOTALLY relative to band size. The cup on a 30D has 4 inches less volume than the cup on a 34D. A 30D is actually the same cup size as a 34B! Happy measuring and what is your size? Don't be suprised if the size is totally different from what you are wearing now 'cause remember this: souce: link1, google
