I take vitamin C but a balanced diet is probably the most important consideration in maintaining a healthy immune system. I do take Vitamin E too . It is a powerful antioxidant. You can find foods rich in vitamin E from fresh fruits and vegetables like broccoli, spinach ,kiwi ,papaya and nuts.

It’s a bumpy or dimpled appearance of the skin when you pinch you thigh. Men do have cellulite too just that they have better deal in hiding it coz of thieir thicker skin .

I usually apply sunscreen with SPF 30 minimum before going out of the sun . My skin burns easily so I tan minimally.

I used Nizoral shampoo before ,works fine for me . You ccan look for citrus based shampoo it might help . I don’t condition my hair but if you do , only condition mid lengths to ends of your hair ,rinse it off quickly .

I try to keep a simple skin care regimen like scrubbing and masking regularly , may be once or twice a week to clean build-up and debris from my skin's pores, Believe it helps too

It i stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acid used to reduce the appearance of pore size and reduce fine lines . But I have stopped using the product . I realised it causes some skin reaction , like irritation and stinging feeling everytime I try to use it. .

I have open pores mainly around the cheek area... get away by camouflage the large pore with makeup but not anymore. I have noticed that my skin texture has started to change over the last year and the pores are more noticeable than before. Have used AHA products before but did not like the tingling sensation when using it.... so I stopped . I try the non-acid way to improve my skin. Been using the Facial pore reducer from naturalis for more than 2 months now, noticed my pores have diminished considerably! skin is more refined and smoother looking and has healthy glow on it too . It has took my skin a long time to get into this condition and I am thankful the pore reducer works well for me Hope that it works just as well for you too!

I do take yogurt regularly , like the low fat skim yogurt better. I love to use yogurt as my salad dressings rather than mayonnaise and its delicious yum yum !

Drink plenty of water and fresh juices and greens .... I also heard that by reducing intake of greasy , salty and sugary food helps as well . .

Try masking your face two times a week. It helps to keep the pore clean . Drink plenty of water .
