  4. cutting your daily calorie intake too low will cause your body to go through "starvation mode" - means, your body will feel that it is lack of food. so whenever you eat, your body will automatically absorb all the food to prevent hunger, aka, weight gain. your daily intake should not be lower than 1200cals per day. try adding more calories in your daily intake. slowly, it will adjust and start loosing weight again.
  5. its because caffeine boosts your metabolism. and ice causes your heart to beat faster than normal. its normal.
  6. you must AVOID food with iodine. seafood, sea weed, and iodized salt.
  7. i LOVE yogurt. but not really much to the flavoured side. i like those "set yogurt"(?). Nestle. they come in 500g containers. can be used for cooking. about RM5-RM6 per container. *poket berlubang* i eat like 500gs per week... if i control la... or else the lubang lagi big adi...
  8. do other things when you feel like eating and not hungry. pick up a hobby: gardening, swimming, badminton... be a member of the gym! and another way to keep your mind away from food: *deng deng deng deng* go SHOPPING! haha... its called :mallercising. you will enjoy it sooo much you won't even care even though you ARE hungry... lol
  9. maybe your body is telling you to STOP! it needs the nutrients and weight. loosing too much is unhealthy. you dun want to end up looking too skinny or anorexic, you won't fit your clothes nicely! mens like women with curves... hahaha... try toning up instead?! you will look FITTER. that's what you want right? to look great, fit and in shape? GOOD LUCK!

  11. jiorx... i LOVE to go on veg&protein diet... (hate carbs naturally dunno y... lol) i dun like to eat rice, noodles, bread eat. i LOVE tofu and soy beans lol! fruits especially *yumyum* erm, if you crave for sweetie stuff, try prunes and raisins! they are lesser in cals, and good for health. or go for DARK chocolate. rich in anti-oxidant. good for anti-aging. GOOD LUCK>^^<
