  2. Hi....from your message i see that you only took 2 meals per day; breakfast n lunch? Or lunch n dinner? Breakfast plays a very important roles.... bcos it's our 1st meal of the day which will affect the rest of the day.... without breakfast; to me i think we will have a very bad mood ; no energy....etc...bla bla.... Do you know that the less we eat; our metabolism rate will become low? That is why when you exercise everyday also won't help bcos your metabolism rate is low n it won't burn out your fat that much. You should try to give urself a rest between days from excercise. Can you tell us how you do your exercise? Some ppl don't really go all out when doing exercise. Replacement meals is not really a good idea to me as you will crave even more when you see foods in front of you... Exercise n a proper diet is still the best...
  3. haha ^^ true true.....it makes me work harder when i eat more..... i feel great each time after workouts! Fresh n happy mood! I will never ever gave up on food cos i really loves to eat! Are you a personal trainer? Heard that PT there in Australia pays well? like probably abt 200 per session? A fren of mine is going over to Australia soon; i think he will bcome a PT there...
  4. I've been to zero b4 too; not bad but ya they do charge extra for yoga classes and belly dancing so i'm not going there anymore.... haha! Me now joining Heritage Clark Hatch n i loved it very much.... imagine i joined there for 1 1/2 years n from 59kg now i'm 52kg! You will really have a workout there....
  5. Thanks Neo....Ya I did try the one you mention; it was created by the gym trainer for me yesterday; 2 types of crunches n then leg raise sleeping on 45deg board... i do 4 sets of those! WOW! darn "keng" at that moment of time i can feel the pain! But today I feel ok; no muscles pain at all... Talking abt food! I'm quite controlling it now BUT then.... haiz haiz! sometimes I slack a bit lorr.... cos got cravings!!! *faint*
  6. Hi Kin Mun I just joined this forum hours ago; sent by by fren for me to view abt slimming creams n stuff. I came across ur post n i really like ur advises. COOL! I'm also a Clark Hatch member in Penang n I'm really crazy abt workouts. I joined CHatch since Nov2006 n from weight 59kg n gone down to 54(pending for quite sometime) I usually attend classes(aerobics, pump class, yoga, pilates) I went to gym 1 month ago n got some PT from the gym trainer n found that i really like gym now even more.... n from 54kg now i dropped to 51kg (it's amazing!){actually i cut down oily stuff}*giggle* I have 2 questions here: 1) I've been doing alot of bicycle crunch 5 mins non-stop (best exercise for abs); it does improved a lot on my tummy n bcome smaller but now it seems like I'm numb to it cos i don't feel any pain when doing it everyday...it is doesn't help anymore? Or do I need to change to other type of abs exercise? How do I get 6 packs? I mean not those bulky type but with a toned type that a woman ever wanted . 2) What is the difference between stepper n cross trainer? I've tried stepper n i will sweat in 10mins but i haven't try cross trainer b4.
