I'm desperate to lose weight too!

I wanna loose some 6 kg!

I'm currently 51kg, 158cm.

6kg is like, a lot of work to do! wargh! why gaining is so much easier than loosing?!

I'm working on loosing 4-5 kg. Have to get rid of the weight I put on lately... some clothes oso feeling kind of uncomfortable already. :D Aiming to get back to 40kg.

I'm 158cm, 49 kg now, need to cut on those fat at arms, tummy, butt n tigh. Need to lose 4 kg to until 45kg.

Eating meal replacement drink for breakfast n dinner. Felt tummy not that big ....

Going to start swimming at weekends. Hope this help to keep those area firm

i plan to lose about 10 kg

i put on weight when my school time

i think it was form 3 to form 5

well wanna lose 10 kg not easy

so going to climb mountain every 3 times a week

hopefull can reduced my weight

you all have any plan to lose weight

i don like to really controll my eating so pls help me out

wow, every1 wanna lose weight...

had lost 12kg n maintain since last november~

now wanna start back my diet plan, lose another 2-3kg more 8)

let's do it !!!

I wannna lose s much as i could. haha. Even if it's 5 kg will make me happy. I started to put on weight when i'm in Form 3. Always eat snacks with my classmates behind the class. Regret now..

ARCHAK i use to be the same too

when i was form 3 my father ask me to study all the time

i think 4 months before PMR

so every day after meal i will lay down on the bed and study

haha

by the end of pmr my waistline went up from 24 to 29

and my hip area have all the orange peel skin

untill my uniform was too tight untill the zip also cannot fully zip

but that time i still didnt totally realised

so when form 4 every day i eat rice with some oily stuff that are my fav

untill form 5 i realised but the time has came for SPM

when spm i did not put on so much

maybe around 5 kg

untill now

now my measurement is

waist=32

hip=36

weight=68kg

if u see me u will onli see all fatz

My target is to lose 5kg. If can lose 5 kg. Aim another 5 kg. As i don't want to disappointed and have high aim for myself. But luckily i'm on track. Yeah!! :D

1st target : 5 kgs :blink:

2nd target : another 5 + 3 .. hehehe.. 8 kg lah

only lose 3 ++ now.. still far way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :unsure:

hopefully with in 3 months will achieve my target.. :clapclap:

Wah..Everybody's aiming to lose weight...gud work!!

I also need to get rid of some of my weight ler..I am 163cm n 50kgs, I wanna to lose 2 - 3 kgs, is it possible? since I am kindda lazy gal, I seldom go to exercise. I never get to 40+ kgs for about 8 years..too bad :(

Any receipe or advise to share??
