Everycar can be a good or bad 2nd hand car woh....Say it this way, BMW 3 series new car good or not? Good, but the 1st owner use the car like shit then sell. As a second hand is it still good?

A Kancil might not up to what u wan but it's in a tip toe condition, is it a good buy?

Cars so many choices la....my suggestion is u don ask....go to see urself is better. (but i don think u'll get any good stuff with 20k, not more than 10yrs lo)

Just my opinion.

Wow.. difficult.. Not more than 10 years, not proton, 15-20k... difficult la!

The Nissan Sentra (tat model that genting taxi drivers use). Will be around 20k.

Old BMW 3series. Around that price also. But definately more than 10 years.

Satria 1.3 lor. About 18k.

I know most executives who buy a 2nd hand BMW, would usually spent extra $$$ to overhaul or replace the engine and a paint job plus some restoration... then viola! good as new.

not really. tongue.gif

2nd hand BMW 3-series cost about RM20k-RM50k. Spent another RM10k-RM25k on paint job and overhaul, and you're almost practically driving a brand new car. Compare that to buying a new 3-series which cost RM180k? smile.gif

Not really, you can get a mid 1990's BMW 3 series for around 40-50k.

I like the car....but darn expensive to maintain...and currently, still out of my budget, even for 2nd hand. sad.gif

bimmer? either new or used, both are equally problematic doh.gif so my suggestion is, don't get a bimmer even if you can afford it.

to be honest, your budget is slightly too low for a used car and that it has to be a non-proton?! dry.gif i have no idea what you can get huh.gif

I think there's only 2 of the cars you should buy here. Nissan Sentra, or Toyota SEG.

For the others, you rather buy a brand new Myvi. It will cost you less monthly.
