CyBeR 0 Report post Posted February 28, 2016 To be honest, I've not been here for a while. xDI'm trying to bring my weight down, for health reasons. But I'm NOT dieting. I prefer to stick to a normal diet and exercise. I'm just fat because I haven't had much time to exercise.Well, so far I've lost about 5 kg since January, but more important, I don't feel so tired these days, so I guess I'm getting more fit.I prefer to find some badminton kaki, cos I enjoy it, but... if you wanna promote your own thing, I'll consider it. I just need a challenger. ^^ I can just exercise (did that with the gym year before last year) but I found it terribly boring. I'm disciplined enough, but that doesn't mean I like it.So. Um.
