I've try many ways including cleansing tea from pharmacy (which go to toilet 6times per day!!!), exercise, or eat an apple a day just to lost some weight and fat on my body, tummy n hips. But disappointedly all fail. After I join a 1 month Healthy Breakfast Programme that recommended by my sister and follow my personal wellness coach, I lost 8kg and from L size to S size!
