Only the prevention is the best way to keep these skin troubles at the bay. Following are few prevention tricks that might help our athlete men and women to stay away from problems that might ruin their career: Use an anti-fungal, anti bacterial soap or shower gel. Remember do not share your bath products. Maintain proper hygiene and clean practice areas. Clean mats and equipments daily. Try to avoid contact with those who have an infection. Keep the surrounding dry and clean. Keep your water bottle to yourself; do not share Avoid cosmetic shaving of the chest, legs or genital areas Avoid wearing sweaty workout cloths. To wash your hands properly: Wet your hands with clean water and apply soap. Use warm water if it is available. Rub hands together to make a lather and scrub all surfaces. Continue rubbing hands for 20 seconds (the time it takes to sing "Happy Birthday" twice). Rinse hands well with clean water. Dry your hands using a paper towel or air dryer.
