junching 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2010 I was on a long course of antibiotics and my hair started dropping like crazy. Hair loss might be a sign that there is a deficiency in your body system. I started taking Surebex supplements ( contains Vit B,C and E ), Iron as well as Biotin. Now my hair is back to normal. Oh yeah, I tried all the Hair Loss shampoos and treatments, but there werem't any visible results. If there are any of you out there who are suffering from hair loss , try out the supplements first. It helped me a lot.

nasilemak88 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2011 Stress and genetics seems to be the No. 1 contributing factor to hair loss. Ever i started working late into the night, i notice more hair clumps when i wash my hair and this is worrying! Like the other hair loss thread i was on, you should try to lessen the stress level and improve on your diet. What you eat will reallly be apparent after a long period of time. If it is due to genetics olike what this video states, then we'll have to seek other means, i guess. Never be lazy. I used to skip hair conditioner during busy period and it really made my hair texture very poor and prone to breakage...

miss sunshine 0 Report post Posted March 24, 2011 Dear all! I am new to this forum and wish to introduce myself. As per your topic of discussion - I happened to be facing a similar problem. Before event hitting 30 years old, my hair is thinning. For many years I had an odd hair line which I assumed was not a big deal till I realized when I tie my pony tail and it seems thinner than usual. Methods I've tried : 1. Yun Nam - Visited but their prices are ridiculous - not everyone is willing to burn more than 10k for a result that CANNOT be guaranteed. 2. Minoxidil (applied topically) - I've tried about 2-3 months then I read some scary side effects - Saying how if you'd stop using, your hair loss would double. It's bad for pregnant ladies as well so I figured I'll just stop it. Not much results actually. 3. Nioxin - System 2 - I've been using this 3 system hair care (Shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment) - it leaves a minty feeling to your scalp and I have less scalp acne than before. 4. GNC- Biotin 600 - I am currently taking this pill as well which can help promote hair and nail growth. Overall.. I realized my hair falls increases when I am under stress. Those of you who are working too hard or facing any emotional distress might need to monitor your sleeping and eating habit. I am positively certain that it contributes to our overall health. I am considering trying out Neeta Herbal hair treatment - I've called up and it's about RM1.2k for about 8 treatments I think (depending on how severe the problem is) Anyone visited Neeta Herbal and see results? Do share!! Cheerio!

Jay Johnson 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2016 Hi, If you are suffering from hair loss it is always best to see a specialist so you can identify the cause of this before seeking treatment of spending money on products. I was referred to Hair Rich Clinic in Kuala Lumpur for a consultation from a certified Trichologist and offered the best treatment for me. I found that testing products and shampoos for years was not effective in fixing my hair loss as my problem was caused by hormone factors.  You can find link to their site below http://www.hairrichclinic.com/ Hope this helps.
