Cantopig 0 Report post Posted June 21, 2008 Last time when I was hardworking, I use my house bathtub, put the hot water (more than warm) to the level reach below the breast. Just sit inside for 25minutes, always use cold water to shower ur body again between this 25minutes. after that just apply lotion and sleep. Maybe my way a bit wrong but I feel comfortable because I sweat a lot with this. Anyway yaya123, there is a similar topic i think. You can find other ways from there.
