The IC numbers provided here are the people who were born after 1991 in which their ages are 8 year old, 16 year old and 9 year old.Go here: http://daftarj.spr.gov.my/ Type these IC number:IC: 991214740101IC: 910815750017IC: 981231081137 AND you'll notice that they're registered voters!!
