Serving size: 1 or 2 personIngredients:Half box spaghettiQuarter pound shrimp - sliceQuarter pound squib5 fish balls – cut half1 carrot - cut1 tomato - cut2 or 3 big onion - slicejuice from 1/2 lemon1 ½ tbsp Tom Yam paste1 tsp sugarabout 800 ml to 1 litre water1 tbsp corn flour mix with 3 tbsp water (for sauce thickening)Method:1. Bring water to a boil. Put in spaghetti and a pinch of salt. Cook for 9 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Dish and put on a plate.2. Add in water in a pot. Put in shrimp, squib, fish balls, carrot, tomato and onion. Cook until boil.3. Add tom yam paste, sugar and lemon juice. 4. Add corn flour into the boiling soup and keep stirring to prevent lumpy.5. Pour the tom yam soup on the spaghetti6. Ready to serve.Enjoy…..note: if boil too much gravy for the spaghetti, scoop out some as tom yum soup before adding the corn flour. But i prefer to make my style of seafood spaghetti, the ingredient are squid (sotong), prawn (cut in small), and spaghetti sauce. Wow... the taste is wonderful.
