How do you keep your private parts clean?

Only wash with feminine wash during having period. other time only plain water.

is wiping with toilet roll tissue after pee pee ok?

i use carefree pantyliner and silky care feminine hygiene wash twice a day..

Somehow, I suffered UTI few years ago, heck, I did not know what causing that and went to see a few doctors and most of them do not know how to treat this (and some were very discriminating!!! ), until I went to see gynecologist specialist at Kelana Jaya. Better pre-cautious with your hygiene, or you have to bear all the pain and cause. After facing all these for few years, I have relieved from these symptoms. Here's some tips for you:

• Drink cranberry juice daily. Most economic that you can find is Peel Fresh (Cranberry + Blackcurrent) from supermarket. Taste great!
• Drink / consume yougurt daily. Any that contain lactobasillius would be great for your tummy
• Wash your private part using a Ph friendly product
• Use clean cloth to clean your private part
• Best wipe back first, then use a new tissue to wipe front
• Wear cotton underwear

Also I reliazed when we peeing or pooping, its better to squat than to seat. It's easier to wash our private parts
