Collagen supplement../ collagen drink

hi,

i'm taking estu +LA for about 3 weeks, but dun knw why it caused acne (very big!!!). Will this cause acne???? now i've stoped for a while, planning to try again after the acne subside .

Anyone can advise or any suggestions!!!!

hello all, i know of a collagen drink. its from Natural Venture Marketing. its called biocell collagen II. Its really effective! i tried it for months.. noticed that my skin becomes smoother.. helps in slimming too if u mix up a sachet and drink 30min before going to bed.

Collagen Type II? it's from chicken source or beef source?

Hmm... i consume MJ life brand;s collagen, it really help me reduce the scars too. besides that, i think u can try to use the "bio oil" to redue ur acne scar.#_^

Lotte is so similiar with Meiji... I tried both and seriously can't see much difference between this 2 but Lotte is cheaper, so i'll stick to Lotte...

Regarding the Collagen , i bought from the Health Sceening Center in Bandar Utama (near the One-U) ^_#, as they recommanded me to have it.


Apply to scar, but also depends on fresh/old scar.


If just red scar, no pits, should heal easily.


In that case, get the mederma or any allium (onion) based scar remover.

almost done with my meiji collagen for 1 month. So far no improvement at all
Shall I continue or try other product? my friend recommend me the juice type of collagen. Her feedback was very positive and even can help to recover from sickness very fast. But it was pricy

I think if your skin condition is good, you wont be able to see any effect in short term but in long term in will help a lot...

I am consuming the juice type as well, marine collagen with berries..expensive compared to the powder/capsule form, RM130 for 10 little bottles....Wanted to try Meiji as it is much much cheaper, but some of the ingredients put me off (Flavor, Thickener (pullulan), Emulsifier).....

some people said we should start 2 consume collagen at 25years old, n some people said 20.
but for me, it depends on ur skin...as for me, i'm 23 years old, because i can feel that my skin really need help.
big pores, rough skin, scars, n the most problem are wrinkles ! i look older than my age
everyone is calling me 'kakak' already.

if ur skin dun hv any prob, dun waste ur money 2 buy it coz d main purpose of this collagen thingy is to protect our skin elasticity(correct me if i'm wrong )

I didnt take those whitening pills as well...coz I dont think it will make any difference on me..

I bought Meiji instead, no impact as what i had expected...although i take it empty stomach....anyway, just for anti aging.....
