California Fitness Platinum membership. But my home branch is Midvalley and go there the most bcos I like the environment there (got swimming pool) So far been to Menara Standard Chartered just as often but there not so nice (not in a shopping mall) and now they close and shift to Lot 10. Haven't been to Sunway branch bcos of the distance.

Regreted signing up True Fitness for 3 yrs. The visibility of its swimming pool is very very LOW! The PT I signed up also lousy :loser:

Which True Fitness you sign up for?

wooaaa...quite a few ppl here have signed up with a gym eh? how much are guys paying for the membership?

as for me, at the moment i am using the gym facilities at pusat kejiranan in putrajaya. they charge you per entry. just rm2 for a 2 hour session. i think that is a total bargain compared to joining a gym. why pay a lot of money rite...you are not going to the gym every single day. tongue.gif

I used to go Fitness First and Clark Hatch back in donkey years.
Now I'm using the gym in my apartment as it saves more cost and it provides the basic equipments I need.
I only do crunches, treadmill, cycling, airwalk and some of the power sections almost everyday.
I'm considering to hire a personal trainer once I get my schedule fixed. smile.gif
