angeldust 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2006 I used to be 49kgs. Now I'm 55 kgs. darn sheety man. I aim to lose 6 kilos.My only problem is, I tend to binge. I love eating in excess. I could finish half a birthday cake (think secret recipe) in ONE seating! Sometimes I can eat up to 5 peanut butter sandwiches too! Not to mention jarfuls of cookies and whatever pastries that are available at a given time.HELP ME, I CAN'T STOP BINGING!The only reason why I haven't ballooned into obesity ( or maybe i AM OBESE) is because I hit the gym. MeLi 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2006 aha wa wa thanks coltmilk 4 doing this :D ok i m ashamed to say my weight out loud i want to lose 10kg .. . so wat i started to do is eat 3 meals + 3 snacks a day (but small meals n snacks = yoghurt or fruit onli) + 1 treat a day i aim 2 exercise 6 days a week .. .twice a week i go to step class + i just took up knock out/boxing... twice a week i play badminton and twice a week i do jogging+skipping+ cross training i aim to get a PT to do me a programme with weights too last week i lost 1.2kg so i hope its not just water Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Always hard to resist good food.Also do girls prefer skinny guys or what? I have some bulk even when I've lost most of my body fat. Worse, it gets kinda cold at night and in the office when I don't have much body fat. *sighz* It would be nice if we could be fat without any stigma... Exercise, eating in moderation is the key to weight loss thank u again weight isnt that importantu can be skinny and fat at the same time imagine skinny person with little lean muscle which means most of ur weight is fat ( high body fat %)this is usually the case with low carbohydrate diets remember ur body burns muscle before fat when u r starvingI just applied for a gym. Hopefully I'll have time to go.. make it three times a week and i hope ur gym is near ur place or working place for that matter.there's really no need to go more than that and dont be afraid of weight lifting u wont become huge or muscular from light/moderate weigtlifting cardio combined with weightlifting is far more effective than just cardio alonegood luck and gambateh Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

After putting up with the long distances and travel times in KL for so long, Kuching is soooo nice & small. OKies, I'll try cardio with weights. Plus jogging first thing in the morning.
