  2. hi sze what i mean here is you can have rice in your meal.but take it in small quantity. another thing is i ate b4 7 everyday.i only take rice on lunch not in my diner becouse i need energy in the afternoon. y i dun take rice for my diner? bcoz i dun need too much energy in nite. eat wise guys...
  3. dear secret admire maybe you will not believe what i ate during my diet.by to tell the truth i ate all my favourite food .but there is only one thing i didnot take which is nasi lemak. yes i didnt take any nasi lemak for 6 month.but actually if u take nasi lemak it s ok.it just i want to change my habit which taking nasi lemak everyday. let get into the menu.. i ate 6 times per day. but remember eat in small quantity. why we need to eat as much as we can? it bcoz we want to maintain our level of metabolism.the metabolism is the mechanism that can help us to burn the fat n maintain our weight. i have an oat evey morning. remember this. never ever forget to take your bfast eveyday.its the first step to success in your diet. do not take a high carbs and calories meal for bfast. just simple oat or bread its already enough. bcoz later you will have your break at 10.so you can still eat. remember again...eat in small quantity and frequently. n dun forget your bfast.

Afternoon guys Do you know that there is many types of diet.among populars is atkins , protein and low fat diet. do you know which one is suitable for you? 1.Atkin ( known as low carb intake diet ) in this diet you must minimize your carbs intake perday.sum is more extreme go futher by totaly throwing away carbs in their daily menu. the result maybe in one week they lost 1-2 kg.but this is not healthy way off diet!! like i say before.the healthy diet is when you did not throw what you have it in sudden.rice or potato.your body need all of this nutrien.dont torture yourself by limiting your meal. the drawback for this is your body going to be weak and you always feel tired.you will feel sleepy all day.its this what you want guys. the main reason we want to diet is to get happy with ourself. so i would like to recommend to you guys that choose other way of diet beside atkin. the most suitable routine is combination of exersise + healthy food + alwayz positive believe me , if i can doit.you can do it also...
  6. haha...later i show my pic k guys actually there will never have a short cut to get your dream weight. it takes me almost 3 mont to lose 10kg.but my diet is isnt hard to be follow,believe me if i can you guys can too do you guys know that actually when you in diet, you body actually takes almost 2 weeks to suit with your diet. so dont ever listen to people say that they can easily lost 5kg or 7 kg in 1 weks.that all just bluffing. becouse my house is corner lot.my paprent put the trade mill side to the window.im quit shame to it.but seem all my family is also like to exersise so i think is not shame bcoz eveyone know that we are family which like to exersise except me ( tapi itu dulu la ) i forgot to tell you guys that its better to do exersise by watching tv or listening to music.i do that also.usually i wil watch cartoon when im on the trade mill.so when the cartoon already end, my routine for walk 30min also finished. you will not bored.trust me. so what r u waiting girlz.lets walk if i can do it.you can do it also.
  7. sory for late reply... im preparing for my exam today.hehe thanks babywanie the proper plan mean you will organize a flexible timetable that fit with your daily activity.however the time table must consist with your exersise ( what you do in morning or what shud you do everyday ) remember to guys!!! to sumone which is in obesity state they must exersise everyday to increase in your metabolism.your metabolism is very important to burn your fat. lets continue with the proper plan.... the proper plan as what i state must have 2 important item. 1. your exersise routine 2. your diet list ( what food you shud take ) the exersise routine didnt need to be like 3 hours straight routine.to start you only need at least 15-30min. for example when im starting to exersise , i walk on my trade mill for 15-30min. i promise to my self that everyday i going to exersise eveyday to increase my metabolism. meet next post ok...got to go hehe b4 end...how about start to talk a walk for 15-30min tomorow.im asking for walk not jog.later im you already build your stamina.thaen we can start to jog ok

Hi guys im new in this topic previously im 86kg.and now im 69. by today im going to start to share a little bit on how i manage to lose my weight without taking any drug or suppliment the first think you should have is you spirit.in doing anything you must have the spirit and passion to realize it.it doesnt matter how long it take.you must have the heart to keep o\it going till you achieve your dream weight. Second is proper training plan. in most cases . only people which diciplin and have proper plan on their diet activity have the rate to success higher than other.the important of this plan its to guide you to more proper daily activity which can contribute for you weight loss. third... dont ever leave rice in your diet menu.to tell you the truth.i never leave rice since the first day i start my diet plan.but of course there is certain time and amount you only need to have daily.i will tell you more on my next post. lasly...lets diet babes.you can do it.if everyone can do it.you cn do it also.

I like to shop at Low Yatt.i think becouse the place is spacious and more confortable.compare to IMBI. than new place is digital mall in section 14.for whom who dont know about it.i think is another alternative than low yatt.still dont know? previously it was metrojaya.now become digital mall. i even get my anime dvd for rm5 there.

  11. i used yahoo messenger before this.i think its quite convenient. however my few weeks ago my friends keep asking me to change into skype. they say its more user friendly and easy. lets vote guys!! for me i think YM is better....

  13. But guys i do try avast few month ago.my pc seem become slowly when im using it. yet avg also get my pc become slowly. its truth that different antivirus only scan different virus. exp : to scan trojan we must use different software than we used to scan worms? what u guys think?
  14. Guys can you guys recommend a good antivirus for me. i used avg lately but it seem didnt work at all eventhough i update it weekly. still virus can easily get into my pc. help me guys!!!!
  15. for me absolutely not. as a girl it seem not nice to go out with boys till dawn.if its girls its ok with me. guys do have a lot of tricks under their sleeve.anyway its absolutely not save to stay outside till down. they sgould thinking about theirsafety first.not only fun.fun can get anywhere.but safety is priority
