  2. I have lifet the use of supplements before 3 year ago. I feel it's unhealthy when I use I feel unrest my self. It's also harm your lum. I have decide to maintain health in  naural way.

  4. There are a lot of good green tea brand. I have wonderfull experience tazo chai. I hope you would also it's taste.
  5. I think it is an ad. However, I want share the summary of an article which I have about the disadvantages of these kinds of pills and supplements. Followings are disadvantages of use of these kinds of pills. Lack of Safety Regulation. Lack of Effectiveness. Stroke, Heart Problems and Depression. Liver Problems. Expensive.
  6. I want just say that try to avoid to use of any weight loss pills or supplemnt. Try to loss your weight in natural way. E.g swimming is best for loss weight. Cyclying and running also best. Try to eat less but well. There is also need to motivate yourself. I hope it's really work.
