  1. Thanks for sharing useful information. Choose whole wheat bread and pasta, brown rice, millet, oatmeal and other whole grain high fiber foods instead of refined grains. They are so good for health and fitness.
  2. I love Chocolates, they give me pleasure always. Coffee is also good for me, but the main thing is we should control our self while eating these foods. Execess of any thing is bad for health and fitness. So eat balance diet and live happily.
