Hi, been long time dint post anything in this forum..but their is something i wanna ask...all people keep say guy is so bad but in my case....wat will u think... i with this gurl for 4 year plus,in this 4 year....with her...i dun even noe her friend at all....reason is she dun wan friend to interupt us...and no time la tiz n tat..so fine for me...coz she keep promise will intro to me one day.... ok let cut short the story....so last week, i juz found out she having a relation wit another guy for 1 year....and i dun even noe about it.....i take her phone and call the guy and ask, suprise me is tat guy dun even noe she hav a relation with me..... and then i ask her....is it this 4 year is all LIE? because before this she also with another people but she say sorry and ask me to forgive her...so i do....and then i put my trust on her again.....ai but now is happening the same thing n she dun even say sorry o anything to me but blame on me...say my behaviour is bad.....say wan break up long long time ago,.... the way she talk to me is like, i am the one who wrong..... dunno why, untill now i still feeling like call her back...

TIZ IS A VERY NICE FOOD....try it.....and you will LOVIN IT sponge cake - 4 pieces friut syrup - 60ml vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops egg whites - 4 caster sugar - 200g 1, neatly arrange the pices of sponge cake in the center of flat oven proof dish 2. sprinkle the sponge cake wit a little fruit syrup 3. place a flattened scoop of vanilla ice cream on piece of sponge 4. mean while ,stiffly whip the egg white and fold in the sugar(known as meringue) 5 use half the meringue and completly cover the ice cream and sponge.neaten wit a palette knife 6. place the remainder of the meringue into piping bag wit a large tub,and decorate lo.... 7. place into a hot oven at 230-250'c and coliur a golden brown or brown wit a blow touch.serve immediatly and if you want to look nice and nice to eat..... put brandy on top...little only...then use lighter to light it up.....the whole thing will got blue fire..... ......then closed all ya house light....walk to ya bf/gf....suprise him...hahaha.....become macam fire desert....
  13. i will show 2 thai food recipe....thai fish cake and also thai mussaman curry all the recipe is for 4 portion Thai fish cake.... salmon filleted and skinned - 100g cod filleted and skinned - 100g sesame oil - 1/2 tsp garlic cloves - 2 root ginger,grated - 1 tbsp red chilles(SMALL) - 1/2 soy sauce - 1 tbsp lemon grass - 12g salt - 2g pepper - 2g lime juice - 10ml sunflower oil for cooking - 10ml 1.pass all ingredient except the oil for cooking in a food processor,blend untill bound togehter and smooth 2. turn out and divide into 12 small cakes for 4 portion.the cake should be...emm around 1 inch,2cm thick 3. heat the oild in a suitable pan,place the fish cake in,allow 3 approximately 3 min each side 4. serve immediately coz hot is NICE...hahaha Thai mussaman curry..... curry paste,cayenne pepper - 3/4 tsp ground coriander - 1 tbsp ground cumin - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon - 1/ tsp whole green cardamoms - 2 lemon,grated rind - 1/2 vegetable oil - 1 tbsp onion,finely chopped - 75 g cloves garlic,crushed and chopped - 3 dried shrimp paste - 1/4 tsp 1. place all spice and lemon rind together in a bowl 2. lightly fry the onion and garlic in the oil untill cooked but not coloured 3.add shrimp [paste and stir well 4. place in a liquidiser wit the spices and 4 table spoons cold water.blend until smooth shoulder or loin of lamd,cut it into dice - 400g diced potatoes - 200g creamed coconut - 175g hot water - 500ml fish glaze - 1tbsp whole green cardamoms - 8 cinnamon stick - 1/2 tamarind liquid - 5tsp lemon juice - 1/2 lemom caster sugar - 12g roasted peanut - 50g 1.fry the lamb quikly in vegetable oil to a golden brown colour 2. place the lamb in saucepan wit potatoes,coconut milk,fish glaze,cardamoms and cinnamon and bring slowly to the boil,stir it continuously 3. allow stimmer for 1 hour 4. stir in the curry paste,tamarind liquid,lemon juice and sugar,simmer for 5 min 5. serve ganished wit roasted peanut and MAKAN!!!!!!

    LASAGNE

    lasagne la...tiz recipe lagi best than outside coz is real recipe..outside use ready made....so not nice recipe ere is more 4 portion lasagne - 200g oil - 1 tbsp thin strips of bacon - 50g onion,chopped - 100g carrot,chopped - 50g celery,chopped - 50g minced beef - 200g tomato puree - 50g demi-glaze - 375ml clove garlic - 1 salt,pepper - as you wish la tiz...hahaha marjoram - 1/2 level tbsp sliced mushroom - 100g bechamel sauce - 250ml grated parmesan or cheddar cheese - 25g(witout cheese lagsane won't feel nice) 1. TIz recipe can b made using 200g of ready bought lasange 2. cook in gently ,simmering salted water for 10 min refresh in cold water,drain on a cloth 3. heat the oil wit slow fire in thick bottomed pan, add bacon and cook for 2 - 3 min 4. add onion,carrot,celery and cover the pan and cook for 5 min 5. add the minced beef, increase the heat and stir until lightly brown 6. remove from the heat and add in tomato puree 7. return to the heat,mix in the demi glaze,stir to boil(remember keep stir) 8. add the garlic,salt, pepper and marjoram and simmer for 15 min.and then remove the garlic 9. mix in mushroom ,renoil for 2 min,remove from the heat 10. butter an ovenproof dish and cover the bottom wit a lyer of the meat sauce 11. add layer of lasagne and cover wit meat sauce 12. add another layer of lasagne and cover wit meat sauce 13. add another layer of lasagne and cover wit remainder of the sauce 14.then cover wit bechamel sauce 15. sprinkle wit cheese, cover wit a lid and place in a moderalty hot oven at 190'c for 20 min 16. remove the lid,cook for futher 15 min and ......MAKAN!!!!!!
