1.
hi.dr alv. I am keen in getting a nose job too. However, some of my frens said to me b4 that it was quite dangerous to get nose filler as the filler/liquid will give side effect n disfigure the nose shape. They recommended me to do a permanent nose job instead filler. Can you advise on this? which is better? I guess I have no problem with budget. Will rm5K be enough to get a permanent nose job? Any qualified and good plastic surgeon to recommend to me? Thanks
U sure wana get permanent nose job? I think fillers is much better, cos if anything goes wrong during the opreation of ur nose job, ur nose will forever be like that ( bad )...At least fillers last 9-12 months only...No doubt u have to keep 'topping up' the fillers, but its more 'safe' that way...isnt it? had mine injected with fillers, at a center called skin club. Im very happy with the result now my nose is abit higher and 'slimmer'.
Had mine done in skin club too....And im very happy with the result.... yes, its that u need someone with good hand to do it...I believe skin club's doctor is very profesional.
 3. I personally think that doin cosmetic surgery is much much better than plastic surgery. Plastic surgery is too risky laa...Eventho cosmetic surgery doesnt last too long, but in case if theres mistake done, its not for forever. I had a fren who did dermal fillers to her nose. hrrrmmmm....quite expensive but the doc assure her its a safe and fast procedure. Her nose now is 'higher', but not that obvious....and she absolutely love the result!!
 4. hi dear, u did not mention ur concern about ur skin....I think skin rejuvanation mentioned by jane creamer was a good idea. I did mine by getting a laser treatment ( i think it was called fracel? fraxel? not sure).... I had like 3 session already, and the result wasnt bad at all.... I do feel that my skin has become alot smoother and the 1 of my (big) chicken pox scar is now less visible...I did this in Kl place called skin.club and left with 2 session..Hopefully I'll see much more improvement after this!!

 6.
Hi Amarys, thank you so much for the encouragement and the information. I have tried using Dermatix before, but stopped after a while as my daily schedule was so inconsistent, i just became irregular and inconsistent with my application.. I have also read many times that there is no cure for keloids.. but I have seen many keloids being removed successfully, and i refuse to believe that i am that unlucky! my BCG scar was already quite big before i did the surgery, but after i do the surgery, the keloid became really huge.. I think it is because the surgeon was not good, and cut way bigger chunk of flesh than he needed to, thus making it very very big. at this point i feel that i must try everything. i have read some stuff about fractional co2 laser therapy for keloids, and it looks like a good solution. many have said that it is effective, which is why i am asking if it is the way to go. perhaps you may have some info about fractional co2 laser that you can share? that would be great. it's nice to know that i am not alone in this.
Hi dear, I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Since u're asking about fractional laser treatment, well I did mine few months back. 3 session so far. I can say that my face is improving abit, cos my main concern was open pores (on the nose ) and acne scars esp around the cheek area. the treatment was not bad, just 15mins and u're done. Tho u need to bear the pain and u will feel the face is burning for a few hours. Other than that, noting else to be concern of. I think getting a tattoo is more painful la...Teeehheheee...
