eat less exercise more. well, i am 15 this year and i have lost 8 kg in 6 months. the first one i cut down by more then half of my rice and i only take brown rice, and i did not take white bread.. oh ya.. pan mee is fattening too.. cause its white flour. cut carbo and eat more protein and fiber. i lost around 4 kg in 2 weeks by just cutting down rice ! if you're too busy .. do some simple exercise lo.. like skipping rope , hoo la hoop , walk stairs up down up down.. etc my classroom is on the 4 th floor and i walk up everyday every recess. although my school has 4 lift but it is always packed with peoples. haha here's some tips, try to trick your brain. like using small small plate with all vege den you will think its a lot already . slowly eat. good for digest and slimming too. your brain takes 20 mins to "tell" you that you are full and yet you probably finish your meal in 15 mins. lol. If you think you have eaten too much today, exercise more at the next day. hope it can helps you . =)
