  5. yes, me too. i take nutritient shake in the morning... tasty n also simple... n the most important thg is, it provides u all the nutritient u need for ur total wellness.. Since m always lazy to wake up earlier to prepare my breakfast, i always go back to my office, then onli i prepare my breakfast... just need to shake the powder with water n drink it, tats it!! n i use hot water to cook my oat n add into the shake n it really make me feel satisfied n also full until lunch time!
  6. I am on my 3rd day on master cleanse..... Hopefully i will go through the whole program smoothly n get all the benefit from it!!! Lets share ur experience or queries here~~

    em...will try not to use again if not so necessary... feel like health will be affected... dare not use any way to jeapordise my health for anythg........ health is the most important asset in our life!! plan to stick with my nutritious drink... feel safer n it works also.... But of course it all depends on different ppl needs la... its just my personal opinion la... Hope u guys benefit from this product too... n take good care of ur health while shaping up!!   8. i take tis teamix (lemon n hisbiscus)... very convenient n i like tat taste....can just mix into hot or cold water.... It helps to increase metabolisme, n also help to do some cleasing job after takiing too much oily food... N i think i even sweat more when i go to the gym... i think i shed off some weight with it.... haha.......
  9. i take nutrition shake... i find it quite good after taking for 1 mth plus... my constipation prob has improved n i hav better complexion... Somemore taking it as my breakfast i shed off some weight... its convenient with balance nutrition.. n its tasty too... I just love it.. haha i know tis product is good for ppl having high blood pressure, acidic blood, diabetes, n etc as it is a supplement for overall wellness... highly recommend it!!!

    em... i tried tis the product, but it makes me cant sleep well the 1st 2 days ler... heart pumping faster... yea, i did lost some weight, but i think cos i lau sai!!! din lausai the 1st few days... but lausai starting from 4th-5th day......lots of watery stuff... its quite a fast way to lose weight with control diet...but i was told tat not every1 will face prob like me la... maybe its me myself not so suitable onli... but undeniable, it does help me lose some weight... but i dunno is fat or water weight... but as for me personally, i dun think i wanna keep goin on with the prog...cos m worry tat my health will be affected... N now m drinking my nutritious shake every mrg to maintain my weight... n when i need to shed off extra weight, i drink as breakfast n dinner ... n the tea actually help to do some cleansing job after i eat lots of oily stuff...yummy n safe... n in fact it improve my health besides shaping up body...
  11. now i drink a galss of plain water n a glass of pure lemon juice mix with plain water every morning... i heard tat lemon juice in the morning helps to detoxic n provides vitamin C... is it true?? i hope its really beneficial 4 me to do it this way....

  14. any 1 hav tried on GM diet?? maybe will try on it next time after my master cleanse... haha...... maybe master cleanse in june n GM diet in july?? guess GM diet better do during my break la... if not susah to prepare the food ler.. need to cook soup, whole day cook vege, whole day beef.. wahahah... working or studying hard to cook... eat outside too oily n too much favouring for a diet plan la...wahaha...... any1 hav tried it?? tell me how it is if u dun mind....haha Sukidayo, normally it wont be a prob if u fast for 1-2 days la... u will survive with onli water!!! but of course u will be lack of nutirtion la...or ppl with gastric prob hav to be careful, but if u follow the proper diet for ur detox prog, hav the adequate amount of juice, it provides u the nutrient n energy for ur daily needs. if u hav the determination sure u can tahan!!! For me, m quite ok with it, i can still go gym as usual when i was fasting with juice... but for some ppl, they feel a little tired n they need more rest... but u won faint la... haha... unless all the while ur having some health prob, then make sure u consult ur doctor or nutritionist 1st!!
  15. hi, any1 wanna share buying the product?? m in sri petaling. i m just wondering if it really help to solve mt weight prob. if v can hav buy 18 boxes together then each box will be cheaper by rm40. i wanna buy in lower price... but i think i need 2-3 box onli. any1? o ya...1 more thg... m taking herbalife.. din lose much weight maybe becos i still can stop eating snacks...aiks...but i will continue herbalife for a little longer to c its result on the nutritiion facts...can i take both products at the same time?? will it be too harsh for my body?
