  1. Hey planning to get a dress shortened by three inches, it's simple enough, nothing intricate involved, but i just don't wanna do it myself because i can never keep the sewing machine going straight Anyway, how much would it cost to be done at za altera? or are there any other alteration shops that are cheaper in PJ? Oh, do they do same day alteration for something simple like that or will i still have to wait a few days? thank yoo
  2. Hey, i'm 18, and so is my bf, so yeah, he still gets allowance from his parents, and he gets quite a lot, hundreds of bucks! But it's always by the second week he'd be down to like RM50. Mainly because he goes to the cyber cafe every single day for hours and eats out almost everyday too :|then when we go out, go eat at McDs also i have to chip in for him coz he's broke. ohter than that, he's a great person, he doesn't indulge in any unhealthy things, he just spends money like water. when we go out we always go dutch, and i never ask him to buy stuff for me.. but i feel very disturbed and worried about his spending habits. dunno maybe i'm worried for the future or not, but if i break it off because of this, people will think its because i don't think he spends enough money on me or something. Anyways, just wondering, do any of you watch your bfs spending habits? do we have a right to do that? do they let you?
  3. hey! This is a bar soap that i have been using for the past year, and it's been really good for me! you should give it a try, got it from a friend's doctor prescription for acne. It's been really good in reducing oiliness, and it's cheap! i get it for about RM12 from my pharmacist and it lasts pretty long Think it costs about RM16 from guardian Acne Aid Cleansing Bar
  4. i haven't used it before, but a friend said that she knows two acquaintances who use it, for one it seemed to work, the other apparently didn't i'm interested in it too, i have really bad genetic dark circles, but from my research in forums and from what my friend said, it seems it can go either way it can work really well or not at all depending on the person
  5. i love kimono dresses too! i've been thinking for a long long time whether or not to buy, i've really had my eye on something twice, and both times i ended up finding them in boutique shops by chance and i end up buying there! One of them was on sale and even cheaper than those sold online! however, if i do come across something i really want and it's rare, i think i will go ahead and buy it! but all those stories about getting stained products and mean sellers are pretty scary :|
  6. lol! true, true! but i don't think i'd ever have the self esteem to date a hot 20 year old when i'm fifty! Unless i manage to look like demi moore at that age!
  7. i have a few perfumes, but i'm currently crazy about Anna Sui's Secret Wish it's been out a while but i've only recently discovered it! I was crazy about DKNY Be Delicious shortly before, it smelt like the best thing ever, but i just got so bored of it after a few months, especially since it's so commonly used and you smell it everywhere on so many people! i really really really love Armani's fragrances for men! especially mania and black code
  8. well i'm 18 and at my age now i don't think i'd date a younger guy because that'd mean dating a 15/16 year old or something? And they are undeniably quite immature at that age. My current boyfriend is about the same age, and i think it's going pretty well However when if i were 30 or so, i don't see age becoming an issue if he were i don't know, 5 years younger? because by then the maturity differences due to age kinda evens out already But i'd never be the kind to be 50 and have a twenty year old bf!
  9. Hi! This is my first time posting here! Anyway, I've taken ballet classes up to the age of 13. I stopped after my Grade 5 RAD exams, just before my class was about to start the vocational syllabus at intermediate foundation if i'm not mistaken. I'm 18 now, and it's been four years since i've done any proper ballet, and i'm thinking of starting classes again, however most schools seem to cater only for young girls who have been taking ballet continuously since they were 5 or something. Are there any ballet schools out there that offer ballet classes for older teens? I'm looking specifically in areas like Bandar Utama, Taman Tun, Damansara Jaya, Damansara Utama, Kiara, Hartamas, Subang, and other areas nearby . And should i join those purely beginner classes or try to start at a higher grade?
